This is a central hotel, just one block from the 16th street mall , with all the amenities one needs and even some nice extras!

There is a shuttle from the airport - super shuttle - that stops at mjjor hotels including the magnolia, it costs 19 dollars per person whilst a taxi will cost about 60 dollars!

The hotal has nice rooms with confortable beds, a clean environment and air con and offers a lovelly breakfast featuring starbucks coffe, muffins, pouridge and my favourite brand of yogurt: dannons's activia!!!

At night you can go back to the breackfast room for warm, fresh baked cookies, milk, coffee or tea. Now thats feeling at home!
Nearby there is a complimentary internet computer, very helpfull for searching the web for info on whato to see and where to go in Denver.

I totally recommend this hotel and would stay again.

  • Liked — The central location and the breackfast/night cookies
  • Disliked — The night staff is not so helpfull, if you have questions ask them in the morning when the nice guys are on duty!!!

We stayed one night in downtown with some friends from out of townl. We had the king room and they had a suite. We asked if we could be close and they put us adjoining which was great. We shared the living area and kitchen. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. I was concerned from reading review that bed was hard, but it was not and had lots of pillows. This is not a 5 star resort, but should be rated higher. Staff was great. Don't count on cont breakfast. Was pretty much gone by 9 am on Sat. Would definitely recommend; Ann, Red Feather Lakes, CO

Got a great rate on one of the big "hotel" sites and called directly and they beat the rate. I paid $122.

Room was very clean, service was excellent, and location was great. Had a great night's sleep - didn't hear any room-to-room noise.

Parking was a bit steep - but it's downtown Denver and that's the way it is! Valet service was very fast.

Great job.

This was my second stay at the Magnolia and I really love it :-) I decided to write a second review to point out that the Valet Parking is a better deal then parking the car yourself. As a recap from my previous review the room is small so if you need extra space upgrade to a suite. The bed it very comfortable with tons of pillows. The bathroom, bathtub and closet are all gigantic. If you plan on spending time at Coors Stadium/ Pepsi Center, 16th Street or the DAM the location is fantastic. Free Milk and cookies at night are great. The continental breakfast is mostly fruit / yogurt and pastry.

I stayed at the Magnolia while on business in Denver. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the Convention Center. I booked with the conference I was attending and got a room for $174. (I was surprised when I checked in and they told me I had a Fireplace Suite!) Check in was easy and the front desk staff was nothing but friendly throughout my stay.

My room was, as I said a Fireplace Suite, complete with a couch, loveseat, full kitchen (sink, full size stove & refrigerator and all table ware) and two closets. The bedroom had a king size, very comfortable bed and a walk-in closet! Bathroom was not huge, but the tub was generous. Everything was clean and neat.

Breakfast was nothing special, but good. I liked the milk and cookies at night. It was a great treat before bed. I did not eat in the restaurant, but asked the concierge for close dining. He suggested a great fondue place and made a reservation for me. (The food was great!!!)

The only downside to me trip was parking. It is not included with your stay and the garage is difficult to enter and exit (one-way streets). I paid $25 each day and 48 on weekends while I was there. Very pricy for me!! The hotel should buy out that garage and included parking in the room cost.

Otherwise my stay was very nice. I would recommend this if you want something relaxing and “un-fussy”. It was a pleasant stay.
