We stayed at the Magnolia for 3 nights and all were very enjoyable. Our room was on the 8th floor. I was a little worried about street noise since the Magnolia is in such a busy area of downtown (bus stop is right on the corner by the hotel). However, we just turned on the fan on our AC unit and never heard a thing. The hotel's concierge and front desk staff were extremely helpful and gave great advice on what to do, where to eat, etc. The rooms were a little small, but some friends we were traveling with had upgraded to a suite. That room gave us plenty of room to hang-out and the hotel even brought up extra chairs. The only serious drawback is the parking. It is quite pricey to have a vehicle - minimum twenty-some dollars a day to park. We would definitely stay at the Magnolia in Denver again.

Reviews of the Magnolia were sparse but we took the chance and what a surprise! This beautiful hotel is in a fabulous downtown location near lightrail and MallRide stops. Service was prompt and courteous. Included breakfast was great. Would definitely stay here again.

My partner, myself, our 6 yr old and two friends stayed here for three day in May, We were very very impressed. The hotel has a fantasic location - very close to the 16th Street Mall.(free schuttle up and down - easy to get to Coors Field, Art Museum, Shopping, US Mint, Capitol Building and various other sightseeing locations). Breakfast, Happy hour drinks and Cookies/Milk were included in our price. The Breakfast was a Hot Buffet style, Scrambled eggs, little sausages, breakfast potatoes, hot porridge (oatmeal) toast, french toast, cereals, juices, fruit, it done on a budget but it's really pretty good. Free Starbucks coffee also ( American coffee is not very good - really really hard to get a cappacino but their lattes are ok) The only thing to remember is to get there fairly early, there is limited tables and chairs, and on weekends people seem to want to sit and chat and take their time. The Free Happy Hour drinks are great for meeting people, we met heaps of lovely local and interstate travellers. AGAIN get there early, the bar is small and there never seemed to be enough staff at the bar, we lined up for a glass of wine for nearly 20 minutes, but hey its free. The Cookie and Milk buffet is lovely, very simple, but yummy, the chocolate milk was a big hit with us all, the biscuits (cookies) go quickly but they always seems to get more. This is really yummy, the Americans know cookies.

The Staff were wonderful ALWAYS helpful, ALWAYS smiling, ALWAYS kind.

The room was good, we new that American hotel room are almost always going to be quiet a bit smaller than Australian rooms, but these were pretty good, Clean and well kept, the bathroom was nice, and beds were really comfy. We had a little problem with the air con, (noisy), but we were so tired from sightseeing everyday the it did really bother us too much.

The hotel is not by any means over the top and opulent, but it is nice, well looked after, the staff were lovely and helpful, and its a fantasic location.

Stay here. Its good!!

Had a nice time with the wife and kids. Had booked another property through Expedia with was a dirtbag place, so left and moved to Magnolia. Cute little lobby and nice suite-type rooms. We spent a couple of nights and liked the location fine, though it's not downtown Denver's best area for activities and restaurants, but good if you're a banker (I'm not)

I stayed at the Magnolia Hotel Denver when I was in the area for a national conference, and I had an excellent experience. I travel quite a bit for work, staying in many different hotels throughout the United States, and I would put the Magnolia Hotel Denver at the top of my list in terms of pleasant stays. Not only was the hotel incredibly clean and comfortable, but the amenities were fantastic. It was so nice to enjoy free Internet access (which the majority of hotels charge extra for and frequently annoys me as someone who needs to be able to stay in contact with the office), the free breakfast buffet, the free happy hour in the evening, and the free cookies and milk service at night. Not only was the hotel itself well worth the stay, but the staff was amazing! I was staying there with a colleague, who came down with a sinus infection, so we needed to find a clinic to go to where she could obtain a prescription, and a member of the front desk staff spent about fifteen minutes with us finding a place and mapping out the best route there. This front desk staff member even checked on us when we returned. Everyone on staff went above and beyond to make sure that guests were completely satisfied. I hope I have the privilege of staying at the Magnolia Hotel Denver the next time I'm in the city, and will definitely book a stay at another Magnolia Hotel when work brings me to Dallas, Houston or Omaha.
