“Will stay again”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 27, 2010

This hotel turned out to be better than we expected for the price we paid. It was very clean and had better service than alot of the Westins/Hyatts I have stayed in. They have free airport shuttle and also within a 5mile radius but we were there to not only see the city but to travel out to attractions so we wanted a car. If you have a car it is a nice location. you are close to highway to jump on and travel out of town to attractions, yet you are only 10 minutes from downtown. this sure beats paying $200 + per night to stay in a downtown hotel. We will stay here again next time we visit Denver.

we stayed here on a trip to Denver ,,, im a travel agent and got a good rate at this hotel and it was not bad , we knew it was not right in the city as they were really pricey but this hotel had an airport shuttle that ran all the time and then a free shuttle within 5 km which would drop you off at the rocky stadium , 16th street mall and all down town frin .. we ordered room service and eat at the resturtant every morning of the stay and it was a good time we went in the pool but it was kinda small but overall looked the city and our stay at holiday in :)

Just got back from 2 nights at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised after reading the most recent reviews. My husband, myself and another couple were in town for the Broncos/Cowboys game and this hotel was the perfect place to stay if you are going to Denver for a Broncos or Rockies game.

Free airport shuttle..remember to call as soon as you land, our friends waited 45 mins at the airport. We got in later at night and chose to use a car service which was $15 cheaper than a cab. It is a little shady when you first drive up but once you get inside its fine. Yes, the nightclub and check-in share an entrance. It is loud and there are lots of people in and out. Free shuttle into downtown, about a 10 minute ride. We utilized this for going to the game on Sunday as well. Drivers are very nice and know all the great local spots....Lodo's is a really cool place with upstairs covered patio with fireplace. Would recommend for drinks and dinner. Lots of TVs to watch the games too.

Staff was all friendly and helpful when arranging shuttles (into downtown or airport). Rooms were clean and a decent size. If you are staying on a Friday and/or Saturday night, I would recommend a room on floor 3 or 4. We were on 2 and it was a little loud but nothing the ac unit didn't drown out after a couple of drinks that night.

If you are looking for a trendy hotel this is not for you. Our friends stayed at The Curtis, really nice but we didn't find it necessary to spend that much for our needs...shower and sleep were the only two things we were in the room for.

Would stay here again if we go to another game in Denver!

We stayed here because this hotel hosts one of the gem shows during the fall Denver area shows. We regretted the decision as this hotel was miles from anything except the freeway, and the restaurant is solidly mediocre and more than slightly congealed. Watch out late at night for the heavily armed security guards prowling the corridors when the nightclub is booming away near the first floor rooms. We were further disappointed by the hotel, the service and their staff. Had several minor incidents with room service and housekeeping. When we told management about the 2 page long list of issues, including a smoking room air conditioner, minor housekeeping issues and a bonanza of room service mistakes, it turned the entire front end staff from careless negligence to borderline hostile. We were comped one night, given a $20 room credit, and a $20 restaurant credit plus we changed rooms for our week stay. Room service and housekeeping issues were apparently fixed by the end of our visit, but when we went to check out, we were greeted with the clerk addressing us with "Just so you know, there's a note in the system that there are to be no more comps on this account." OMG! My best recommendation, Priceline a cheaper and better hotel and stay away from this place!

This hotel was decent but not great. It is a very large place, located near the freeway. Luckily we had a car, so we were able to drive into downtown Denver (about 10 min away). The area around the hotel is a little sketchy--industrial/neighborhoods with barred windows. We arrived on a Sunday night, and Teddy's (the restaurant/club) was packed, loud, and a little crazy. This was not a problem for us--we never heard any noise from the bar. The next day, we had dinner at Teddy's and we were really surprised at how good it was. If you stay here, I definitely recommend eating there. It was the best meal we had in Denver. The hotel also has a very nice outdoor pool.
If you are planning on staying here, I would not recommend checking in on a weekend night--many (drunk) bar patrons were in the lobby and hanging out at the entrance to the hotel, along with police officers stationed there.

I haven't stayed here before, but would stay again. The beds were comfortable, bathroom roomy, generally very clean. I found the staff really friendly and the bar/ restaurant friendly too. Food a little slow and not great, but convenient. They had country western DJ and a medium sized crowd of friendly dancing folks. It was entertaining and not rowdy at all. They had a happy hour from 5 to 7 - we liked that.
Good place to just 'be at your room' We didn't feel like looking for dining & drinks, so this place suited us very well.

Other reviews made me skeptical but it was a nice hotel. The shuttle service was awesome! Took us everywhere, even to and from airport!!!People very friendly and they were constantly keeping the hotel spotless.
I would stay there again.
