Stayed here for one night after a flight was cancelled. As we hadn't eaten, we specifically chose an airport hotel that had full service. Sadly, the minibus pick up took more than an hour to arrive and deliver us to the hotel. This meant we arrived a few minutes past midnight, when the bar and hot meal service ended. Despite explaining that the problem was not of our making, they refused to let us get a drink or a hot meal.
The two rooms we were initially shown were meant to be non-smoking, but were musty and stale, so we needed to request alternatives.
They gave us a good price as 'cancelled flight' travellers, and the buffet breakfast next morning was good (extra charge), but that's all we can say in its favour.
