In mid-May 2008 I stayed two nights in a standard room. Hotel is set back from busy Colorado Blvd., and it is a very convenient location for visiting Univ. of Denver. Cherry Creek shopping district is about a 10-minute drive away. (Anyone wanting to be in walking distance of the Cherry Creek shopping area should stay at the JW Marriott or the Inn at Cherry Creek). It is a standard-type hotel, nothing fancy, but clean and well maintained. Lobby is small, with a fireplace and a small seating area. There is a glass-walled room off the lobby with two computers for internet access. There is also an indoor pool and exercise room off the lobby. My standard room had two beds, and faced Colorado Blvd., with a view of the mountains. I did not notice any excessive noise, although others apparently have had a problem. The bathroom was small, but clean and well stocked with towels. The included self-serve breakfast was available in the small breakfast room off the lobby, and the selection was reasonable. There is no in-hotel restaurant, but there are many in the area, including one within walking distance across the street. All of the employees were cordial and helpful. All in all, I thought it was a very good, reasonably-priced hotel.

We had a king suite for 3 of us. Room was ok, though very cramped once the sofabed was set up. Main issue we had was the lack of bedding for the extra bed - only one sheet and a blanket. When I queried it I was told this is a normal set and we ended up using the comforter fand a pillow rom the main bed. Not quite what I expected from this brand. Good breakfasts here - though as others have said, the breakfast room gets very crowded - go early!

Great Location! Very nice and competent staff. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Clean rooms and good breakfast choices.

great location for univ of denver access. have stayed here many times over the past 2 years. am a frequent user of marriott properties around the country. hotel staff is young and very service oriented. for the extra 10-20 dollars stay in a "suite" for a little more room. breakfast room is very busy , particularly when there is a gathering at the university, selections are limited but adequate. property is clean, will stay there whenever we visit university of denver.
