Stayed here one night and were pleasantly surprised with the updates to the property. Beautiful room with patio door to the courtyard. Excellent service with refrigerator brought to the room on our request. Only disappointment is the buffet breakfast. Most hotels have complimentary buffets and this one is too expensive for what is available. No options--all or nothing!

I have stayed in this area a number of times. I would agree that the hotel is a bit hard to find; from I70, always take the 278 Quebec Blvd exit. In winter, don't take the 277 exit. Trust me, you don't want to navigate through the nearby rail tracks when there is heavy snow accumulation. The 9.95 breakfast is sub-par even by courtyard standard.

Otherwise this is a pretty good place. It's in a very quiet area and must have been recently renovated. Spacious room with big tv and comfortable beddings. Staff are very friendly.

If you like to stay in Marriott properties, this one and the nearby Renaissance are both good choices.

Motel was in reasonable condition but our room did smell somewhat musty. The hotel is located in an industrial disctict and is very hard to locate. The Denver area discount coupons listed on the Marriott web site were not available when we checked in. We will stay in Golden or Boulder the next time we visit Denver area.
