Peoria Arizona- I stayed at this hotel June 15th 2006 and was not please with the room size. The hotel was in a great location, but the rooms were very small. The Hotel monitors the air conditon units so you cannot stay in your room during the day. The Hotel turns the air up about midnight, until then the room is very uncomfortable. The beds needs new mattresses and new comforters. The bathroom is small and the ceiling was peeling.

I informed the front desk of theses problem and they stated that they would let maintenance know, but nothing changed. You have to pay seventeen dollars a day for valet parking when it should be free considering how much you must pay for this Hotel which is similiar to Motel 8 on a good day. I think this Hotel would be nice if they would shut it down and remodel the rooms. The staff is courteous , but the food is terrible, the potatoes were dry and they ran out of pastry all the time. This Hotel need to take a look at cutting their prices to eighty-nine dollars a night instead of a hundred and twenty a night.

Also they would benefit from hiring new cooks. And the elevator did not work all the time.
I give this Hotel a rating of one. Will not stay here again unless they remodel because as I said earlier it is in a great location.

My husband and I have just spent three days in the Comfort Inn and we found it in a really good position but the room was very small. We had a crib in the room with our baby and there was hardly any room to move.

The breakfast included is good but you do need to go early on to get a wider selection of fruit and breads.

The staff were helpful but I don't think they clean that thoroughly - when we were leaving I found a receipt at the end of the bed from a previous visitor dated June 2005!

The bed was comfortable but the sheets were very annoying as there was no fitted sheet so the whole bottom sheet and mattress cover kept moving all the night and it was uncomfortable by the morning.

The positon is excellent though - you can walk everywhere. The 16th mall and free shuttle is one block.

This was an okay hotel at a reasonable price but I wouldn't rave about it.

What a view, from our room on the 18th floor room 1862, We walked in curtains were not open to our amazement we open the curtains and saw, the mile high colosum and the rocky mountains in the background. what a view for the middle of the city. We were only there one day, but will spend a few days there soon. So much to do and within walking distance of everything, resturants, shopping, historical sights, museums, the us mint, state capital building what a fantastic place. The hotel was wonderful, we were in a room with a curve on it, the building was shaped like a pce of pie, we were in the tip of it. Nice and quiet and very comfortable, clean and staff was great with maps of the area and things to see and do.

I was impressed with this hotel as it is more than your average Comfort Inn. The hotel staff were nice and the room was comfortable with good city views. The breakfast was excellent with a large choice of hot and cold food. The location is very good for the city but a car is needed as attractions are spread out and downtown Denver seemed very quiet with not a lot going on.
