If you're looking for a less traditional venue for your wedding, I'd totally recommend this place. We opted for an evening wedding, and spreading candlelight and Christmas lights throughout the first floor and down the staircase made for an incredibly intimate yet festive feel to our occasion. The third floor ballroom is adequate and a great venue for the reception. It's all perfect for up to 100 guests, though 80 or less will fit far more comfortably than we squeezed in there.
We also had the Honeymoon Suite overnight which was elegant and restful. And the morning breakfast brought to our door in a wicker basket? Heavenly, and the perfect way to start our first morning as man and wife!
We returned a year later for our anniversary evening, staying in a different room, and enjoyed it once again.
They also have gardens surrounding the house if you opt for an outdoor event.
