4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 30, 2012

Very fine place for a dinner before Coors Field. Conveniently located on Blake Street with good food, good beer and good staff.

“It was your average pub”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 6, 2012

We grabbed lunch here recently to watch a Euro 2012 game. While the food was excellent (the burger with the egg on top and the shepherd's pie were fabulous) the service was not really up to par. There must have been a total of 20 people in the pub (early afternoon) yet our waitress came by once each half to see how we were doing. While I hope she was doing this so as not to disturb our viewing of the game, men watching football = lots of drinks required.

Other than that, the location is great and the food selection had something for everyone.

“Best Bar/Restaurant In LoDo”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 31, 2012

This is a great bar that also happens to have great food! Fish and Chips are the best you will find. Great selection of Beers and Whiskeys too. They do allow smoking, but as a cigar guy I'm okay with that.

“Delicious beer-batter”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 22, 2012

Try their beer-battered ANYTHING. The batter is light, crispy and flavorful and (as recommended by the owner) goes perfectly with their hot sauce. The drinks were strong and priced appropriately for happy hour. Friendly waitstaff and relaxing atmosphere.

“Dark Restaurant with Good Food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 8, 2012

My wife and I with my old roommate and his wife went to this restaurant before a Denver Univ. hockey game. The meal was good. I had the french dip and it was tasty. We were running behind for the game so it seemed like a quick meal and we did not get to enjoy much of the ambiance.

With all the different places in the Denver area, Im not sure I would necessarily go back but its a good place to grab a meal and have a brew.
