We stayed here for one night. The hotel is fairly new. Our stay was fantastic! Our room was spotless and had a microwave and mini fridge. The continental breakfast was well stocked and had many options. There is an area next to the front desk to purchase snacks and personal items which came in handy. We did not use the valet parking which was $18.00 a night , instead opting for the pay lot next to the hotel (not affiliated with the hotel).
The location is close to the 16th Street Mall ,which offers many shops and restaurants to choose from. Also nearby is the Denver Art Museum and State Capitol.

We would absolutely stay here again when visiting Denver!

Spent four nights at this hotel while in town for a conference. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. As other reviews have said, this hotel is very new and everything is in great condition. The suite I stayed in was spacious and very well laid out. The bed was extremely comfortable, and there was a nice selection of new movies to choose for purchase. The rooms were cleaned promptly each day with fresh bottles of shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer, and soaps supplied. The free (although not extravagant) breakfasts helped cut down on costs.

The only issue I found was that this area was a little far from the convention center to allow walking back and forth multiple times a day, but the 16th street shuttle gives free rides all day which makes it less of a haul. At night, the streets surrounding the hotel are kind of abandoned, which gave me a little pause when walking alone.

I gave my car to the valet - and when I picked it up there was a new dent. The manager made a report and took a picture - along with telling me they would handle it with the rental car agency.

They did not do what they said they would - now refusing to pay the minor $150 requested by the rental car company.

I would not stay here.... or at least I would be very careful about the parking situation. They will not step up if there is a problem.

We arrived at the hotel at 2:50pm, 10 mins prior to the "official" check in time of 3pm after being on the road since 7:15am only to be told our room was not ready and it could take up to an hour before the room was ready. We were instructed to have a seat in the sitting area while she (the check-in clerk) calls housekeeping. We sat in clear view of the front desk. At 3:15pm after being ignored by the clerks at the desk I approached to find out the status of our room. I was then told "your room is ready" gees when were you planning on telling us. We were never informed about the ammenities the hotel provides, it was only the day before we checked out we found out that on the floor just below our room there was internet we could use. There is a pool somewhere in that hotel but I will not be able to tell you where as we were not informed. Even though we had a "do not disturb" sign on the door the front desk will still call the room to find out if you need housekeeping. One day I was called by two different clerks a half hour of each other, how annoying is that? One of the two elevators did not work 3 of the 5 days we were there. In the mornings the one elevator was busy as the folks checking out met up with the folks trying to get to the lobby as well for the breakfast. A few times we opted to take the steps as the wait was so long, this was both to go to the lobby and return to the room and we were on the 3rd fl. For the price they charge Hampton Inn can install ventilation fans in the bathrooms. We will not stay at this hotel again, it is also located about 5 blocks from 16th Street and part of the walk is uphill which could get tiring.

My mom and I just came back from staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites this past weekend and we had a wonderful time. From the moment we arrived, the staff was absolutely incredible. We arrived early so our room wasn't ready but Amy gladly took our bags and pointed us to the 16th Street Mall so we could get something to eat. The lobby and dining area were very clean and modern. When we came back from lunch we were told our room was ready and wow, what a nice room it was. It was on the first floor which we didn't mind. The beds were super comfy and it was nice that they had a mini fridge which we utilized to store our own food. Breakfast the next day was very good and there was plenty to go around. It was nice to sit and watch TV while having breakfast. Everytime we came and went everyone was so friendly and helpful. We used the small gym and it served our needs perfectly. My only suggestion would be if they could add mats so one can stretch and do abs but otherwise it was very nice and clean.

All in all we had a very nice time in Denver and loved our stay at the Hampton Inn. It was such a pleasure staying there with such a wonderful staff. If we ever go back to Denver, we are definitely staying there again.
