Overall the hotel was very pleasant. I stayed here for a conference and the hotel room was booked for us by my husband's department. It was very convenient as the conference took place on the third floor.
The room was quite spacious and the bed was comfortable with very plush bedding. The flat screen tv had a good selection of channels but no premium channels like HBO etc. Toiletries were very nice and we definitely liked the citrus massaging body bar!
The gym was very nice but I guess that should be expected with a "conference" orientated hotel. The indoor pool was quite large and the outdoor jacuzzi was fun!
The worst thing about the hotel was the concierge who knew very little about anything I asked for. Do your homework before you get there!
Also note - a taxi from the airport to any main hotel has a fixed price of $45. DO NOT pay for more than this the way we got conned into it!
Overall a nice hotel if you like the professional, clinical setting. Not quite a home away from home.

4 of us stayed at the Hyatt for the weekend of May 12. We had two rooms, room with two queen beds and a suite. From the top quality sheets on the bed to the extra amenities in each room, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The staff was very accommodating during check in and the concierge was helpful in finding restaurants that would accommodate adults as well as two teenage boys. She also gave us a coupon to use at a local breakfast spot.

We enjoyed being able to walk to the local spots in just a few minutes. We would definitely go back for another visit.

Stayed at the Hyatt 5/18 to 5/18, Chcek in was quick, room was clean and quiet, Staff was very friendly and professional. Location is great, walking distance to several restaurants, movie theaters, shopping. Both valet and self parking is a plus. The Gym is outstanding. Check out was quick. Coffee shop on site.

The hotel itself was nice, but the staff was completely unhelpful and many of the amenities in my room like the TV and alarm clock did not work! I would have much rather have stayed at the Adam's Mark (which has a lower hotel rating--3 stars vs. the Hyatt's 4 stars--but a much more accomodating staff)!

I stayed at this hotel with a large group of people attending a conference and nearly every single person had an unpleasant encounter with a Hyatt staff member.

I stayed at this hotel for a conference, and it was the perfect location. It is across the street from the convention center and just about two blocks from the 16th Street Mall. I arrived a little earlier than check-in so I was told to check back in about half an hour. I did, but my room was still not ready (even though it was now check in time). They then put a rush on my room and called my cell just a short time later to notify me that it was ready. And while I was there, I had a change of plans to come up which meant checking out a day early, and they were very nice about it and did not charge me a fee. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and even though there was another conference going on with what seemed like hundreds of high school students, the only time it was extra loud was in the morning when they would let their doors slam on the way out. I did not eat at the hotel, and with so many restaurants being so close you definitely don't have to. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in downtown Denver especially on business.
