We stayed here for one night during a visit to Colorado. GREAT service and beautiful accomodations! We didn't eat at any of the restaurants, but did enjoy some cocktails at the bar on the 27th floor (beautiful view of the Denver skyline) late that night. The room was gorgeous, and upon check-in we were upgraded to a room on the 33rd floor with a great view. Every staff member we met, including valet (25 dollars a night), check-in attendant, bellboy, security, and cashiers, were friendly and went out of their way to help us. The hotel is in a fantastic location, located a block from 16th street mall and a 15- minute walk from anywhere in downtown, including Coors Field. We basically stayed in a luxury hotel for a budget price! I would highly recommend this hotel to any traveler wanting to experience the fun and culture of downtown Denver!

Booked a "downtown" hotel through Priceline for $99 a night for a 4 star hotel and this is what we received. The location alone makes this one of the best hotels in the city. It is one block south of the 16th St Mall which has a FREE shuttle bus that runs from one end of the street to the other. We toured the Mall the first day there and it was very clean and friendly during the day but it quickly turned a little seedy after dark.

The room was clean, well designed and extremely large for a non-suite. We had a king room with a mountain/city view. The view from the 20th floor was awesome and became even better at night.

The staff was all young and energentic, but at the same time not over bearing. The luggage check was free and was a great feature that we required as we had a late evening flight but had to check out at 11.

From the second I checked in for my 2-night stay, I was extremely impressed with the staff at the Hyatt Regency. They were beyond polite, made small talk, were perfectly trained, not robotic at all. I experienced the same level of professionalism from every single employee I encountered during my stay. They were all very genuine, which I found surprising due to the young age of the staff. The rooms were also spotless, modern and had a great view of the city and mountains. Definitely the best hotel I've stayed at in Denver.

My husband and I stayed here for five days in March for a business conference. There are a lot of nice things about the hotel - the view of the mountains, the comfortable bed, the helpful concierge, the nice desk staff, and Perks, a coffee place that is open 24 hours. The one off note we encountered was housekeeping. The housekeepers were fine, but on our last day, we were out all day and returned at 3:30 to find that our room had not been cleaned yet. We called to ask housekeeping to clean the room while we went out for coffee so we could take a nap. They said it could take 1-1/2 hours to do that. My husband saw a housekeeper down the hall about 1/2 hour later and she was just going from room to room cleaning. She said they had not told her about our call at all. I thought that was pretty bush league for a luxury hotel. That was the only sour note of the stay, though, everyone else was very nice. There are a lot of nice restaurants and clubs within walking distance of the hotel.

Lovely room on the 31st floor with a fabulous view of the mountains (which were snow-covered the day we arrived, and slowly changed to brown as the snow melted). Very comfortable beds and down pillows. Outstanding staff - we used the concierge for advice on rail transit, restaurants and directions and each one was polite, thorough and accurate. Hotel is right across the street from the convention center, and two blocks from the main pedestrian mall and shopping area.

Just a couple of off-notes, the major one being that internet service is $9.95 a day, while you can get that service for free at dinky hotels. Since this is a property that markets to the business traveler and convention-goers, and since it is a pricey room, the internet service should be free. Also, this particular room was designed so that the air vent blew directly at the desk, so if I was sitting and working, I got a blast of air on the back of my neck.

I would definitely stay here again if I were in Denver.
