This is a very nice hotel, in a superb location, but we felt misled by the breakfast buffet. We assumed it was free, but were presented with a substantial bill after eating. It's $12.95 for adults and $7.95 for children. No where is there any indication that the breakfast costs. When you walk in, you assume it's free just like any other hotel's breakfast. It is quite good, however, but my family never spends that kind of money for breakfast.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel in July for a week with our 18 month old son, and we really enjoyed our stay! I had read some bad reviews on this site prior to our stay, so my expectations were'nt that high. But to my surprise I liked everything about this hotel - and I'm usually very picky. I found that the hotel, including our room was very nicely decorated and very up to date. Everything seemed new, clean and very well put together. The bed was very comfortable and our view from the 10th floor was great! The staff was exceptional to us, they happily helped us out with all our requests and questions, and even let us check out late as we had a night flight out of Denver. The breakfast was fresh and good, but maybe a bit expensive. The Cherry Creek area is really nice, and I liked it a lot better than down town Denver. We really had a great stay at this hotel and I would definitely come back to stay again!

We are Marriott Property Owners and have never had such an excellent experience as we did with each and every employee at the Courtyard by Marriott at Cherry Creek, CO!

We live in Seattle and our son was getting married in Denver, with relatives and friends coming to stay from Europe and other states. We reserved 8 rooms and stayed for 5-7 days at this hotel. The management and staff went over and beyond in their service, friendliness, expertise of the area, and happiness for our family.

The rooms were clean and lovely. The housekeeping staff was outstanding. The food and service in the restaurant and bar were equally excellent. One evening the bartender even stayed an extra 3 hours after his usual closing just to accommodate our family who wanted to spend time together relaxing in the bar.

Because of terrorist attack issues in UK, some of our family could not fly back to Europe. Even though it was the busiest time of the year with the 4th of July the next day, the manager allowed them to stay longer at the hotel, accommodating them in every way needed.
