Overall, our stay at the Courtyard Marriot Cherry Creek was pretty good. The hotel itself appears to be fairly new, with a nice lobby and internet cafe area. The internet and printing are both free and we never had to wait to get online - all that was very convenient. Our room faced west and had an unbelievable view of the mountains - much better than we expected for the $69/night we paid. The front desk staff was helpful and recommended a delicious Mexican restauarant in the shopping center across the street. The hotel's location was great for our purposes (we were in Denver as tourists) - you're close to shopping and eating, and just down the road from the highway, which will get you downtown in five minutes.
The only complaint we had is that the walls were very thin, both between rooms and to the hallways. We were kept awake by the noises made by our next-door neighbors on a couple of nights. We did have an adjoining room to one side (don't know why) so maybe that's part of the problem. We could also hear everyone who walked by. Just be aware of this and, if possible, request a non-adjoining room. Apart from that, though, the hotel was pretty nice for a Courtyard and a really good value.
