Our 1st trip here for a 10-course traditional Chinese dinner hosted by the Oganization of Chinese Americans. Cold appetizer plate of mushrooms, beef & chicken, then a hot seafood & tofu soup. Appetizer was good, but the soup was fantastic! Next was a series of entrees (bird's nest filled with shrimp, squid and sea scallops, banked trout, pork shank with fennel and the most tender and flavorful steak that I have had in years), followed by fried rice filled with chicken, pork and shrimp. Yum! Bowls of mushrooms, sesame balls and well spiced fried shrimp. Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. All of this wonderful food accompanied by great people, a lion dance, Kung fu exhibit and incredible music. Can't wait to do it again!
