“The Quality Lives On”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 18, 2013

I have not been to this restaurant in many years, but the prime rib is just as delicious as it always has been. They recently added crab claws to their appetizer list (two days ago according to the waiter) and that is a nice addition. I like the cozy, pub enviroment that feels like the inside of a ship. The wine list has some nice selections as well. It was a Sunday so there wasn't any live entertainment, but that was fine with us.

This restaurant is inside the Brown Palace Hotel, so be sure and check out the hotel while you're there~there are some interesting display cases in the lobby and the atrium is pretty.

“Great food in a nautical restaurant”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 14, 2013

I went there for my birthday dinner and was really impressed with the quality of the food. My spinach salad had salmon on it, which was melt in you mouth tender, with no fishiness to the flavor. The prime rib was also melt in your mouth tender, and the mashed potatoes delicious. The bread is a wonderful addition as well. The lemon vodka martini was really tasty and good. I recommend this restaurant!

“Good meal cool place”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 21, 2013

Went to have appetizers ended up eating a meal. Nice selection of beer. Informed waiter. Ordered open prime rib sandwich, we could have split this, very large. My son ordered the salmon salad also very large. Each dish $20.00 Very informal pub inside a very stuffy appearing hotel. The bread was delicious. Would definitely eat here again! There was a loud group next to us and acoustics did not absorb. Only bad thing to say.
