We're so regular, some of the waiters know us. The margs are the stuff of legend -- they use apple juice to reduce the acidity, and use lime juice instead of sweet-and-sour. Order them straight up, and you'll get more alcohol; two minis for lunch is about one large, and a buck or two cheaper.
The food used to be mediocre -- something to wash down the margs with -- but they have upgraded it nicely in recent years. I still have part of a quesadilla as a left-over in the 'frig. If you judge by how we vote with our feet, the Rio deserves six stars.
