“Small, hip Asian-fusion with big flavors”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 17, 2012

We enjoyed our first visit to Uncle in the Highland neighborhood. Sitting at the counter, smelling the great flavors we watched the 3 chefs cooking in harmony. There are only 11 tables in this hip, modern restaurant. We ordered several small plates which were prepared and served to us in no time. The flavors were big and fresh. Each plate tasted deliciously different than anything else we've had before. We enjoyed the craft beers from a limited selection of quality wines and beers. Next time I want to try the big soup bowls of comfort food.
