I stayed at the JW Marriott in Cherry Creek for four days in September. Several of us were in Denver for a wedding and we had three rooms in all. Our experience was excellent. Staff are super friendly and just can't do enough for you. (They went out and bought a belt for my son who had forgotten his; gave detailed running maps for my friend and plied her with water and bananas each time she returned from a run) Food was good at breakfast and at the bar, where they have a snack-type menu. The public areas are comfortable for hanging out, there is a firepit indoors and out. The rooms are luxurious, very comfy bed, really nice bathroom with glass shower, my mountain view room was lovely. There is a nice spa for pedicures, etc. with very friendly and accomodating staff. The area is wonderful because you can walk to a lot of good restaurants (Seafood restuarnat named Ocean was excellent) and to shopping at the mall nearby. Prices were unbelievably low for the rooms and service we got. I would absolutely recommend this hotel, it was wonderful and felt like a 5* experience.

Stayed here for two days, when i was on a roadtrip of the westen US. The hotel was spotless, the concierge service was very helpful. The conciergelounge was nice, good breakfast. The location in cherry creek was nice, much nicer than downtown Denver.

The JWMarriottt is a wonderful hotel in every aspect. Keep in mind this is a boutique style Marriott, not a 5 star resort. That said, on arrival the valet parking attendants greet you by name and appear genuinely happy to see you. Once inside, the sleek front desk is understated but the front desk personnel are cordial and cheerful.

This is our first choice whenever we need to spend a night in Denver. Both the mountain view and city view rooms are small but luxurious. They have over-sized mattresses, down duvets and terrycloth robes. The hotel's common rooms are sleek design with a more modern atmosphere which suits the area.

The room service menu is exceptional and the restaurant is nice for breakfast -- especially when the weather permits outdoor seating. The hotel area has a plethora of restaurants, shops and bars in walking distance. The concierge is very willing to make suggestions and reservations for you. The price is a little steep but there is really no comparable property nearby. I would seriously consider this hotel and this neighborhood ---even if meeting in downtown.

Marriott has it down. They know that the great differentiator is customer service. From beginning to end, we had the most outstanding service! Check in was easy and friendly, the concierge was so nice... she booked a dinner reservation for us and was interested in what we liked best and gave honest reviews... she found a safety pin for me when I needed one. The waitress in the bar so just so, so friendly to us and to everyone! We commented that we'd not seen such great service in a long time. The beds are heavenly and our bathroom was perfect! We will go back. Perfect in every way. Highly recommend this Marriott and we are Marriott rewards members and have stayed at many. This one ranks at the top. Thanks!
