One of the best hotels I have stayed at in 30+ years of travelling. The staff is friendly and courteous. For example, I was dissatisfied with my original room (on freeway and noisy). Without comment they changed it.
The rooms are large, clean and well laid out. The hotel is octogonal. The room is cleaned daily - not just a once over, but a thorough cleaning. And that is for each and every day you are here
I was here for the Frozen Four finals (Hockey's answer to the
Final Four). They, without charge, shuttled all the fans over to the Pepsi Arena 12-15 minutes away. There were a lot of specators staying at the hotel, so they had two vans running to accomodate everyone. After the game they came and picked us up, still without charge. They will also take you anywhere in the area on request and again without charge.
The 14th floor bar and restaurant offer an outstanding view of the area. And the restaurant is the only sticking point. Food is good, but service was mediocre and the buffet food was cool to cold. After the games, they had only one bartender for about 100 people trying to get a drink
Except for that one glitch, this is the place to stay in Denver!

After reading many of these reviews I was horrified as to what to expect. Upon arrival, my first reaction was “oh crap, why do they say it’s downtown when it’s no where near downtown?!” It’s actually directly next to Invesco Field which made me think it was close to downtown but much more off the beaten path. HOWEVER, the hotel will shuttle you downtown whenever you want and pick you up wherever you want. For the money you save, it’s worth it in tip fare. I found all the shuttle drivers to be very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately the rooms are pretty small and the beds were standard, however, I’ve stayed in worse. The printer in the business room didn’t work at all but overall, for the price, it suited my expectations just fine. I didn’t notice dirty carpet through the hotel or the other things people mentioned. Also, the Skybox restaurant had good food and a nice view. They seem to be trying.

It's easy to find and easy to get to. It's close to downtown and a lot of major attractions such as the Children's museum which is right across from it. It might be a little noisy since it's by the highway. The hotel offered a free shuttle bus ride to and from any attractions. The strange shape of the rooms were different but creative.

The only bad thing is that they seriously need some upgrading. They only have a outdoor pool, they had little amenities and the bathroom needs some upgrading as well.

Obviously it's not the Ritz nor is it comparable to any business hotel in Denver. NOR is it a 3 Star Hotel. It's more of a fancied up MOTEL. I booked on Hotwire so I was stuck with it. Good for 1 night, but VERY inconvenient location. Only good for those going to a Bronco's game or event at the Pepsi Arena. Not if you need to get into Downtown Denver. I would only recommend it if you really don't want to spend money elsewhere and want a cheap room. If you find a rate lower on the internet (ie: Expedia) call the front desk and they'll give you that rate. I paid $74 after taxes on Hotwire. I would rather have stayed at a La Quinta in Cherry Hill or spent more money for a real business hotel in the city.

The other reviews scared me and I was almost not going to go. I just needed it for 1 night in between skiing and flying home. Got a room on top floor (12) with a direct view of the Bronco's Stadium.

The staff is unfriendly, uncaring. Never a smile from the afternoon or next morning shift. They were not able to provide directions to Cherry Hill Mall. The lobby is decent; the room was cleaner than expected from other reviews. King Size bed was ok but the blanket under the comforter had some questionable stains.

They don't even have a free breakfast or coffee area in the lobby.

The rooms are an odd triangle shape because the building is a circle. (pizza pie.) So it's very awkward for even 2 people to walk around the room with the bed in the way. The bathroom (shower/toilet) was very small and the tiles and shower curtain needed upgrades. We never put the a/c or heat on...would have been to stuffy or cold.

Don’t even bother with the business center. The 1 computer is from the early 90’s and can not do more than one task at a time and kept crashing when I went to open an attachment.

They have a FREE shuttle service to Downtown, which is NOT in walking distance and cabs will cost upwards of $10. Drivers were very nice, but expected a tip. Getting to Downtown was OK. Pick up was another story. After waiting 30 minutes I called back and they FORGOT to tell the driver some one was waiting. Not fun.
