After waiting at the desk while the clerks chatted about thier problems we were finally given our key. The room we were given was occupied. Returning to the lobby we were told ( the system was down). We were given another room and sent on our way. We entered our new room and discovered our non smoking king had been traded for a smoking double. The room had the smoked in aroma that had been somewhat concealed by a strong air freshner. There were also some stains on the carpet. I returned to the lobby and asked to speak to a manager. Within a few minutes I was greeted by a chef. I expained our problems and asked if he could help. He was most sincere when he said he would fix us some snacks. I let it all go and left the following morning thinking how wonderful it would have been to just sleep in my car and save the 280 dollars.

After a horrible night at a central denver hotel..we were able to book a suite at the Embassy Suites. Our flight was to leave the next morning, so this was extremely convenient for us. We were travelling with 4 children and the room was spacious and quiet. Loved the toiletries. Staff at the hotel were pleasant, talkative and very service-oriented. Everyone was great. Kids loved the pool and the breakfast in the morning was unbelievably good. Handy shuttle to the airport. Will definitely stay here again.

This is a very comfortable hotel located a short distance from the airport. The free shuttle from the airport was always punctual after I phoned to request it. The hotel consists entirely of suites built around a central courtyard area. The bedroom is removed from the courtyard, ensuring that you get a good night's sleep. The room is very comfortable and I was happy to stay here on two occasions for a total of three nights. There is also free internet in the room - request the access from the reception desk.

I ate in the restaurant on two occasions - the same meal both times but the second time it was about twice the size of the first time and I couldn't finish it. Strange standard on serving sizes. The food didn't even fit on my plate the second time and made it difficult to eat!!! It was good though and reasonable prices.

Breakfast is great - fresh fruit is much appreciated and the range and freshness of the breakfast is to be aplauded. The bacon seems burnt to me but maybe that is how people eat it here? I'd strongly recommend this hotel for anyone needing a base close to DIA. It also has easy access to Boulder via the Boulder Super Shuttle at DIA - and the driver even dropped me back to this hotel instead of making me make the transfer at the airport to the hotel's shuttle service.

You can get free late checkout on request (3pm)... any later and it costs a lot.

This is one of the best Embassy Suites locations that I have ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in quite a few! Very well maintained, very, very clean and the best part – Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast and again friendly cooks and staff. Front desk personnel were helpful and the managers reception was very nice with a much wider selection of drinks than is typical in an Embassy Suites. If you like Embassy Suites brand hotels, you’ll love this one!!!
