“New hotel, Great accommodations and friendly staff!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 6, 2012

Really loved our stay here. The place is very new and the rooms still had that "new" smell to them. it was a great place loved the wood paneling floors in the kitchen area as well as the bathroom. The shower head was one of the better ones i have used. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the saltwater indoor pool they had. The only thing that was less than excellent was the breakfast which seemed rather sparse compared to other stays at Marriott hotels but it was still more than adequate. The whole vibe was very laid back and peaceful and this will definitely be our pick next time we are in Denver again.

Room Tip: If you get an upper floor room on the west side you can get a glimpse of the mountains.

The property was VERY clean and nicely decorated, however what they allowed guests in a neighboring room do not so much.

We settled in to sleep and started hearing voices/laughter , it continually got louder so reported it to the front desk. They (front desk) were very slow to answer phone. After 2 phone calls to front desk we were moved to another room on a different floor. The management had approved a bachelorette party to be held in the room across the hall from our original room! Excuse me--hotel rooms are to sleep and rest in not hold bachelorette parties making loud noise!

So as far as property itself I would give it a very good rating. We had to leave before breakfast was served so do not know about it. We were most disappointed with the mangament and how they handled neighboring room noise.

The hotel is about 11 miles from the airport - we did not use shuttle because it did not run on weekends. We used another off site airport parking and it was very easy to drive ourselves to it and on to the airport for our flight. Very easy access to Airport Road, Pena and Tower Road.
Several restaurants nearby, not fast food so much.

Spend only 1 night at this brand new , clean and quiet hotel. The room , bed etc were very comfortable and there was nothing to complain about. This was one of the TOP Marriott chain hotels I stayed in.All of the staff were absolutely friendly, knowledgeable and professional.I must mentioned that management staff, ready to go home, assisted my handicapped wife upon arrival as well during departure at the car in the parking lot.....never had that happened to us before. A great hotel and I hope it will be as accommodating as now in the future !

We stayed here the first time in June 2012 and liked the hotel, staff, service, and location, so we stayed here again in July. My husband that had made the reservations even had a thank you note the last time for returning(:
The hotel is nice and new and promotes the "green" spirit. The rooms have nice full-size refrigerators, stove, sink, and a microwave (a little kitchen) as you come into the room and a table that seats four right next to that in the room with the double beds. There are nice beds and a great tv, plus, more closet place than normal. It is like a little apartment! The hotel is bright and comfortable and located in a newer area of Denver towards the airport.

This place opened in May so it's new and off to a good start. We stayed in a Towneplace in Henderson NV, and liked it so decided to try another one. This newer one addressed our previous problems in Henderson. They added a larger closet to the kitchen area and the bathroom door didn't hit the bed, but in general it might have just been a bigger room. But most of all, the  AC was perfect at this location.  The vents didn't blast right in your face and the thermostat worked well. We were very comfortable and slept well, especially on the incredibly comfortable bed.  As noted in our Henderson review this chain has a well organized extended stay setup. Also at this location, they had a great patio area with new, well equipped barbeque grills. We were here for 3 nights and wanted to give it 5 stars, but some service issues lost some points. Though friendly, the staff seemed disorganized. Our keys had to be reprogrammed everyday and this was a pain, especially when we came in late and had to go back downstairs. We were told several times to make sure we didn't carry the key near our cell phones even though we're fanatic about keeping the keys far away from our phones. And it wasn't just one key, it was both of our keys.  One desk clerk said it happened all the time, the other said it should never happen. Another time housekeeping forgot to give us toilet paper and we requested more and it was delivered at midnight!  They just need to work out some kinks in service, but otherwise a great stay.

Room Tip: The top floor is best

We recently stayed at this hotel going in and out of DIA. The morning shuttle was on time and quick (less than 20 minutes) but our return trip was late arrival, so ended up taking a van that soaked us for 20 dollars each (it was 1:30 a.m. - so I wasn't ready to argue). We had a rate that included parking. The rooms facing the back of the hotel are in my opinion the best location - nice and quiet even with the window open - and if you want to turn off the a/c you can, unlike some hotel units. Room colors are warm and inviting. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of storage. Nice kitchen area. Ted's Montana Grill is a short stroll away, along with a few other eateries. Gym area is small, but laid out very well. Pool area great with nice seating. Breakfast was good - make your own waffles, assorted cereal, fruit, yogurt, etc. Front desk service quick and polite. Definitely would stay here again.

Room Tip: fourth floor rooms facing back of hotel were nice and quiet. We had a front facing room, but upon o...
