The only plus point I can think of is that there is a free shuttle from the airport which seems to be fairly efficient.

We were supposed to get a king room but on arrival we were told that they didn't have any such rooms available and that we'd have to have a double. We went to the room on the 5th floor and found it was tired, dark and depressing so we went back to reception to see if we could get a modernised room. Apparently it was... I can only imagine what it was like prior to any work being done.

In addition to it not being particularly nice, it was like staying in a youth hostel. The hotel was full of teenagers running up and down the corridors all night added to which the hotel is right by a train track so there were trains going by in the night.

Not a particularly pleasant experience and not one I would recommend to anyone.

The service was terrible in the restaraunt and lounge. If you wanted silverware you had to get up find a waiter and ask them. If you wanted something to drink other than coffee or the juice provided once again we had to get up and find someone. If you wanted a beverage in the lounge you had to get up and go to the bar, eventhough there was a waitress there. We even had to wave at her to take our order and was not very pleasant about it. The front desk staff were friendly enough but not a real pleasant friendly. They either seemed under staffed or the staff just messed around enough to seem overly busy. The bathroom was quite small.

The staff was fantastic (Fernando and Aaron topped the list), extremely helpful and courteous.

The rooms were tired, old in the process of a remodel but not complete; the beds weren't comfortable and pillows were lumpy. There is an industrial train which goes by every 30 minutes, from 9:30p - 6am.

Free Airport Shuttle, was a plus and the staff the biggest plus

We had a great stay at this hotel, we had no trouble on finding the hotel, on arrival we were given 3 rooms on the 5 floor, we went back to the front desk and asked for rooms that were renovated * The ones of the 5 floor were really nice but looked tired and smell of mildew.

After we talked to Erin at the front desk she gave us ground floor rooms. The beds are very comfortable the rooms are big, the bathrooms have spa amenities, we were very happy with our accomodation, we went back there for two nights after driving up to Gunnison and Crested Butte.

The restaurant was good and servers are very nice and have great attitude.

Erin the manager and Fernando were very helpful and have a big sincere smile, they went out of ther way to help us book our second stay.
