We stayed at this hotel with our toddler and our infant, in one of the two-bedroom suites. We wanted to have a separate room for the toddler to sleep in (he goes to bed so early and still takes naps), and liked the idea of having a kitchenette available. The size of the suite was adequate, but certainly not spacious. If we actually had to live in the suite because we were in the process of moving or something, I definitely would have felt claustrophobic.
The furnishings of the room, again, were not objectionable in any way other than not being very interesting. We have stayed in other TownePlace Suites before, and still found our room at this one to be smaller and with lesser furnishings.
The location of the hotel is convenient as long as you have a car and are willing to park if you are going downtown. Highways are easy to get to and you are central. Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Noodles & Company, and several other local restaurants are within walking distance.
My sister lives in Denver, so we come to see her regularly, and will probably stay here again. It gives us the separate room for the toddler and enough space, parking is free and we can walk to get a cup of coffee or a sandwich. But, again, it is not luxurious or fun in any way -- it is just a basic place to stay with the right configuration for our family and within our price range.
