“Perfect in every way”

This Hilton Garden Inn is unlike any other I have stayed at. It has the feel of a boutique hotel and is a gem, staffed with competent personnel and very new. The location near Cherry Creek is actually located on the border of Cherry Creek in Glendale. It is ideal for shopping and a very easy car or taxi ride to downtown Denver. Almost across the street is the very long and beautiful walking/bicycle trail along the Cherry Creek as well as nearby parks. Perfect for jogging or stretching one's legs after a long airplane trip.

JAX, the very popular seafood restaurant, has opened a branch across from the hotel's front entrance. It's outdoor deck seems to attract a lot of folks. In addition, there are numerous other restaurants to choose from within a short walking distance as well as the hotel's always reliable restaurant. We had breakfast in it several times and the staff is really top notch. The food is properly prepared and very reasonably priced given the variety on the breakfast buffet including omelets. And the chef makes them perfect every time.

Parking is easy due to an underground garage that serves the complex. Ask the front desk where to park in it. The garage has a unique light system to help you find an open spot. There are red and green lights over each spot on the ceiling, making it quite easy to look around the garage and find a empty one, without having to circle each lane. Clever and every garage should have it.

This HGI really sets the high water mark and I doubt you will be disappointed.

I loved this hotel. I'm happy I chose it and I'd choose it again. It was perfectly clean. There was a water dispenser garnished with fresh fruit in the lobby and oatmeal blueberry bars which were actually quite tasty. We needed a plunger and five mins after calling the front desk housekeeping came up and plunged the toilet. We also had a problem with the AC leaking and soaking the carpet beneath it. We tried to change rooms, but they were booked solid and I didn't want the room next to the ice maker. At checkout, the manager apologized and said they were having a problem with the units due to the high temperatures and were working to resolve it. She credited us a night's stay, which I thought was very nice. If you book this hotel and are unfamiliar with the Hilton Garden beds, they adjust firmness. There's a dial you have to hunt for and there's no information on it in the rooms. There's a display at the front desk but we didn't notice it. If you leave it on full firm, you'll feel like you're sleeping on the floor. It's rock hard. So find the dial and adjust the bed how you like it.

Recent trip to Cherry Creek Colorado we stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn. The hotel was bright, clean, modern and conveniently located to Cherry Creek. Rooms were nicely appointed, good size and very quiet. The breakfast buffet was a great option for a fast and easy breakfast and was reasonably priced. I will stay here again!

Great service, staff, cleanliness, etc. Room service was very fast, and the food was very good. My room was comfortable and quiet. Good location. I would recommend this hotel. I was there for a business conference. Meeting rooms were good too.

Stayed here in July. It was a great stopping point coming in from the mountains from our vacation. Next day we had a flight out of Denver airport.

I was pleasantly surprised. There is free parking. Huge plus. Most of the hotels downtown charged for overnight parking. There are plenty of options to eat around the hotel, burgers, bars with beer, a Panera, and sandwich places. Cherry Creek mall is nearby too.

Checkin was at 3 pm. Room was ready . Front desk was very pleasant. Lobby is very spacious and modern. They have a station next to the elevators with water infused with fresh fruit and cups. In the morning they replace it with coffee and tea. Nice touch.

Went upstairs to the room. Based on other reviews requested a room on a higher floor facing the parking lot area. The room facing the mountains face a busy intersection- thought it would be too noisy. Our room was very quiet. Didn't hear any street noise facing the lot.

The hallways are well lit, except the doorway openings are a bit on the short side. If you are 6'5 and over be prepared to duck. I think it was an older hotel that was rehabbed. Would explain the weird short doorways.

Room was pretty tight. There was 4 of us with 2 queen beds. Rooms are small, especially if you have luggage etc for more than 1 person.

The bathroom was clean and fully stocked. The room had a microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge. Flat screen tv. The beds have dials on them, to adjust firm to soft. For me it didn't work. It was set to a softer setting beds were still hard. The mattresses could have been better and were not good. Linens were nice though.

Hotel was very quiet. Did not hear doors slamming in the middle of night. Maybe the walls are thicker because it was an older rehabbed hotel?

Breakfast in the morning is buffet. 12.95 a person. They make pancakes, waffles and omelettes made to order. I was very surprised breakfast was very good. They also had, eggs, bacon, toast, cereal, fresh fruit, oatmeal, bagels, fruit juice, coffee, tea.
It's a pretty good for the amount of food. Having stayed at other hotels the buffet breakfasts are of lower quality. But this one one was of higher quality.

Check out was at 12 pm. That was a plus too.

Overall good solid hotel. Rooms are on the small size and beds aren't that comfortable. Overall did the job for one night. I would probably stay again... Hopefully they will replace the mattresses and get comfortable ones.

Room Tip: If you want quiet. Get a room facing the parking lot. Higher floor, away from elevators.

Stayed over the 4th of July and had a great experience mostly because the staff was friendly, competent, and very pro guest. This appears to be an older property that was taken over by Hilton. As a result the rooms are a bit smaller and the quirks of an older property exist. The toilet wouldn't always shut off on its own and one of the two elevators was down over the 4th. But, the elevator problem was quickly fixed and the inconvenience was minor. The staff at the restaurant on site were amazing. The breakfast buffet was excellent and omelets, waffles, and French toast were also available as cooked to order options. The area has been renovated with several new restaurants within steps of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Denver and we were very pleased with everything. The lobby is clean and welcoming, with an upscale decor. The room was clean and nicely designed. The rate was also very good for what we were getting; free wi-fi in the room was a big plus.
