“modern but limitations”

Pros: An inviting, modern-art-type lobby, HDTV in the room, free business center, decent fitness center (also free) and free WiFi.

Cons: The restaurant breakfast buffet was a disappointment. Made-to-order omelet was way overcooked. Fruit selection was minimal and "breakfast potatoes" were French fries. The construction makes it difficult for vehicles to drop off passengers. Room is too narrow; we keep bumping into the desk chair.

New slick and shiny hotel with great rooms and service - Breakfast 1st class and a cosy bar
Fireplace in a modern open foyer and loads of great restaurants in Cherry Creek - it doesn't get any better than this!

We spent 2 nights at this hotel. We were supposed to be there 3 nights, but checked out early and changed hotels. In part this was to be downtown, which was more convenient, but mostly it was because the bed was so terribly uncomfortable that I woke up with an aching neck and back 2 days in a row! It was like sleeping on a table top. They say that you can change the hardness of the bed by turning a dial, but the dial on our bed had no effect whatsoever on the bed.

The hotel itself is clean and bright and the staff was helpful and friendly. It seems to be used by a lot of young professionals. They were whooping it up in the bar watching sports in the evening. It is right on Colorado Blvd, which is busy and a little loud. Right now, there is a huge construction project going on behind the hotel and they seem to be working on it with backhows, etc, in the evening as well as the day. It is difficult to get to the hotel entrance, but once you actually find it, not too inconvenient. Due to construction, I don't know whether its noisier in the front or back of the hotel.

Thank you for your review. I apologize that the Garden Sleep System Bed did not seem to be working in your room. I can understand how frustrating a bad night's sleep can go, we will inspect this bed to make sure it's working properly for future guests. We have begun on the new CitySet development behind the hotel and I hope it wasn't too inconvenient while you were here. We are very excited to see the development when it's finished and how it adds to the area. I hope you'll give us another chance on your next stay in the area.

Exceptionally nice hotel. Wonderful staff who really try to take care of guests. We stayed 3 nights, and the only problem was the valet service had trouble finding our vehicle one morning. The hotel quickly arranged for a cab which they paid for, gave us a generous credit on our bill for the inconvenience without us even asking for one, and we received several sincere apologies. Great breakfast that is not cheap, but still a good value. Very good location. Several nice little touches. We travel to Denver often, and this is by far the best value in a hotel we have found.

Rooms were great, fast internet connection, lots of shopping and restaurants within waking distance, and a Panera at the base of the hotel...what more could you want. When I come back to Denver on business this is where I will stay.

The Hilton Garden at Cherry Creek was clean and comfortable. My check in was seamless and the woman at the desk was very pleasant. My room was very comfortable and spacious. Although I only stayed one night, I could easily have stayed a couple days without feeling claustrophobic.

This was an exceptionally clean, modern facility with delightful decor. Our room had a great view of the mountains and was especially comfortable. The dining and bar areas were welcoming and warm. The staff was helpful and pleasant. In short, we were very pleased with our stay.

Room Tip: Get a room on the Colorado Blvd side.
