“Fourth Stay here”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 31, 2012

this LaQuinta is a modern, up-dated hotel that is very close to both I70 and the CU Anshutz Hospital. Love that they take dogs. A discount was provided if you were there to get a procedure at the hospital.

This is a great hotel! My dad and I had a long 12 hour drive so we arrived to the hotel late and tired check-in was friendly, fast, and easy. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and great pillows. Location of the hotel is right off the I-70. Very easy to find. Not to close to Downtown but not a bad drive. It is in an industrial area but there is a Starbucks, McDonalds, and 7-11 right across the street and a couple restaurants down the street. We were always greeted everytime we came into the hotel. I did hear the front desk giving people directions and seemed very helpful to guests. The rooms air conditioner/heater was quiet and worked great. Breakfast was good they even had some healthy options of fresh fruit and yogurt they also had eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, and danishes. Overall it was a nice place to stay and I would definitely come back when in Denver.

It's not often that you end up at a hotel that is super clean from the hallways, elevators to the rooms. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. The room was quiet, "new" and the cooling/heating system actually made the room comfortable. Would definately recommend and stay again.

This is a newer property about 1 year old. Rooms are wonderful, large room with couch, work desk and flat screen tv. Bathroom large and clean. Just a really great property. Great value. Breakfast is the basic, egg and meat selection different each day, waffle, bagels. Small indoor pool and separate spa. Exercise room. WiFi a little on the slow side but strong signal. Would stay again when in the Denver area.

Spent four nights here. The property is relatively new. Very neat and clean and the staff did a great job keeping it that way. We had a king suite which was very open and roomy. For our stay it was the same price as double queen rooms which were much smaller. The bed was very comfortable. The heating/cooling unit beneath the window was operated via a thermostat on the wall. One of my pet peeves is noisy AC units, but this one wasn't bad at all. We did find the temp alternated between slightly too cool or slightly too warm as the unit cycled on and off. The place was very busy during the week, but we seldom heard the noise of other guests. New hotels seem to be getting the idea of how to build to maintain quiet for guests. The breakfast room was large and comfortable. The food was pretty basic continental breakfast fare, but on the week days they did provide cooked sausage patties and scrambled eggs in addition to the proverbial waffle-making machines. Not sure why they didn't do that for the weekend guests as well. I would have rated this property "excellent," but we have had much nicer breakfasts at other LaQuintas.

Room Tip: North side is away from I-70, but we didn't notice much traffic noise on the south side of the b...

We arrived here after a 23 hour travel from Europe.
It was easy to find (even without a GPS) and the check-in was a breeze.

The room was spacious, clean and all the ammenities needed were present.
The bed was nice and firm and had very soft covers.

Even though it is realtively close to the Interstate, we did not experience any noise issue.

Breakfast was like in most US hotel chains. Not worse and not better but good enough to start the day with.

If ever we fly back into Denver we would definitely consider staying here again.
