Really fascinating exhibit. Have been going to this museum since the early 90's. Always learn something new.

“Never a Boring Experience!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 24, 2013

If you make a visit to the Denver Museum of Nature and Science you will spend a lot of time enjoying many different exhibits and one thing, you will never get bored! It is a favorite place to visit . This museum is centrally located and there are many restaurants and other attractions nearby. The Denver Zoo is right across the road and you may need at least two full days to enjoy both fo these attractions! Well worth your money spent.

“Great indoor option for a family day”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 21, 2013

This is a great place to take kids across a span of ages--mine are 10 years apart and both love it. The museum does a great job with temporary exhibits, so we go back every few months. The pice can add up if you do general admission, shows, and special exhibits, so we divide them over different visits.

“Pompeii exhibit”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 20, 2013

This was not a permanent exhibit, and it has moved on now. It was very interesting seeing how people lived in Pompeii two thousand years ago. There were many displays of actual artifacts, as well as people in period attire enacting various aspects of life. Seeing the casts of some of the people and animals in their last moments of life added a personal touch. Looking to the special mammoth exhibits.
