A few weeks ago my husband and I were on our way to Cancun (or so we thought) to celebrate our honeymoon after a beautiful wedding when we found our flight cancelled due to the snowstorm.
My husband called Teatro at the last minute and explained the circumstances. Instantly the concierge arranged for a town car to take us back to the hotel where we found the guest service Manager waiting to greet us in the lobby. He made us feel so welcome and personally escorted us to our beautiful room. After my new husband galantly carried me across the threshold we found champagne and a rose petal turn down waiting for us. The agent who made our reservation planned all of this for us after hearing our story of dispair, without our even asking!
Anyway, the staff seemed to recognize us everywhere we went over the next 18 hours and afterwards we found ourselves comparing each hotel we went to against Teatro. Who would have guessed our most meaningful honeymoon memory would have taken place right here in Denver! Kudos to you Hotel Teatro!

We stayed the beginning of December 2004. Pleasant and helpful staff. They made a mistake in booking a popular restaurant arranged 2 weeks in advance of our visit but corrected graciously. The lobby is small with tasteful, modern style and expected displays of theater pieces. No pool and meager exercise room. We chose the deluxe room facing the city (#709). There is a bit of traffic noise even that high up. Possibly the mountain view would be better for traffic noise control. The room was small/average size with modern touches including sofa and lounge chair. Very large drafty windows but great, expansive views. Large marble-tiled bathroom with deep spa-like soaking tub and spa shower. Missing a few small details such as non-working sink-stop and slowing draining sink. Also, the shower door when opened would hit the rain shower spout. Engineering eventually came to remedy some of the problems. Very comfortable bed with high thread count linens. The two adjoining restaurants looked fantastic but did not imbibe. A short stroll to Lodo and Larimer Square make this a great location. Complimentary Cadillac Escalade driver is available. Pricey at $295 per night but overall a nice but not perfect experience. A top 5 choice in Denver.

The Hotel Teatro is a six star hotel! We recieved excellent service from everyone at the property from the bellstaff to the room service server.
The concierge was very helpful with securing tickets for the theater (we had tried on our own, but did not have any luck!).
The restaurat was first class. We arrived late, the staff was so accomodating and the food was delicious.
We were especially impressed with the aromathearpy bath service at turndown, what a treat.
We stay in many hotels around the world, Hotel Teatro is by far our favorite!

My wife and I just spent an awesome weekend at the Hotel Teatro in Denver! The junior suite was a great deal on the weekend rate, particularly considering the extra space and two separate full bathrooms. Service was fantastic - in Jou Jou (the bistro-style restaurant), at the front desk, and with the housekeeping staff.

The best service of all, however, came from one of the Teatro's young managers, Jurandir Ordonez. Mr. Ordonez was the epitome of great customer service - he gave us an extensive tour of the hotel to see different room types and suites for our next visit, arranged our airport transportation with an excellent local driver, personally chaffeured us to and from the Cherry Creek Mall to kill an hour before our flight out of town, and even loaded our baggage himself. I've had great service at hotels before, but have never had a manager care enough to personally act as our concierge, chaffeur, tour guide, and bellman.

The Teatro, and Mr. Ordonez, are pure class, and we know where we will be staying from now on when visiting Denver.
