Stayed here in January 2009 while attending a conference. The location is very good; right on the free bus mall so getting to the convention center and conference hotels for meetings was very convenient. There is a Starbucks right downstairs, but the hotel also provides good coffee and tea in the morning. Plenty of restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. Our room was very spacious with two double beds. The windows ran the whole length of the room and almost floor to ceiling so there was plenty of natural light. The bathroom area looked a little worn, but the linens and towels were very good. Housekeeping was excellent and the front desk staff were very on top of things. We had a plumbing issue and maintenance was there and fixed it in less than 15 minutes. The complimentary WiFi was reliable and we were able to print to the business center for free. The restaurant has a nightly happy hour which was is a very good deal. All in all, a fine stay.

From top to bottom- rooms: clean, well-maintained, quiet and secure. Right on 16th Street Mall- no better location.
Free computers in lobby. Sam's #3 a few steps away for a GREAT breakfast.

Workout area is nice and well- kept.

Staff is amazing. Cheerful, helpful and responsive.

Staff was friendly, room was nice. Close to all the fun restaurants and bars around 16th street. It was a great place to stay after a late flight in to Denver before heading out to Vail.

I booked this hotel for a conference. The location was great (on the 16th St Mall), close to the light rail, close to the Convention Center, and the internet access was free. But I couldn't connect to the internet. The night I checked in I called the front desk who sent an engineer to take a look who called the manager. The internet wire was pulled out of the wall and would need some work to reattach. The manager offered me another room and help to move. I got an upgrade -- huge room with a king size bed, a couch and an easy chair, whirlpool tub, big window overlooking the mall, and a really big TV! The staff was very helpful during my stay and the room was well cared for by housekeeping. By the way, though the mall was literally right outside my window, I barely heard a thing day or night. Next time I'm in Denver I know where I'll stay -- The Courtyard by Marriott Denver Downtown.
