The lobby has a bar to the left in the back. The small check in desk is on the right in the back corner. The growning elevator is just right of the check in... The reason I mention the location of them is because God forbid you try to check in when the bar is in full swing, you will have to wade through the crowd waiting to get in. "If you can convince the bouncers you are really a guest". Thankful I had checked in in the afternoon and could wave my room key... Once past the bouncer I found the entire lobby filled with night clubers. Standing room only was an understatement. They had to be breaking fire codes... I had to push through to the elevators and I do mean push. This is NOT an hotel. It just happens to have a few small dirt rooms with Ikea type furniture. I was on the top floor but I can only imagine the sound on the lower floors. Speaking of fire codes, the side emergency exit doors were key locked to keep people from sneaking past the bouncers. God forbid anything ever goes wrong there it would be
a migntmare. If you want to party and get a room to sleep it off ... This hotel will work for you.... I travel for a living and I can safely said this was the worst experience ever. But they won't change they are making bank at the bar... Over priced, dirt rooms, no room service, loud, and I really wonder what goes on the the basement private club rooms?

The Jet Hotel defrauded us. I made reservations through the American Express Centurion Card program for two nights during the Democratic Convention. American Express gave me a confirmation number. I called the hotel a week prior to departure to request a certain type of room, and the hotel recognized my reservation. Then, two days before we were to depart, and during Convention week when there are no other hotel rooms to be had in Denver, I called the hotel again to confirm our reservations. And, lo and behold, the hotel said that it couldn't find the reservations. American Express leaned on the hotel as well to come clean, but they claimed to have lost the reservations. This is out-and-out fraud, and as a result we were forced to scramble for another hotel with almost no notice. My advice: Do not stay at this hotel unless you enjoy being scammed!

Thin windows in all rooms I saw after complaining, with the street on two sides and roofs with air conditions on the other two sides. I could not sleep without ear plugs which makes me wonder why to pay this amount of money if I can have the same much cheaper. With ear plugs and being in the third floor the DJs were fine.

The air con in the room did not cool properly despite running all day and making infernal noise. It was not possible to open the window either. This made the room rather warm, about which the staff unfortunately did not care too much.

Despite three times talking to the front desk (upon check in, the evening before check out and at check out) and being assured that everything was fine they charged the wrong credit card.

The breakfast consisted of a bowl of cheap apples that did not laugh at me and a stack of plastic wrapped bagels that did not look fresh to me.

Although we stayed for one week we did not get a refill on bath room items (shower gel etc). The shower holder was broken and the shower drain partly clogged.

The foyer was being redone for three days which meant leaving the hotel through the basement. A "sorry for any inconvenience" note in the elevator made not quite up for this.

Overall very poor value for money.

We had a wonderful stay over the weekend and were able to enjoy all of the amenities the hotel has to offer and slept just fine while the DJ was still spinning downstairs! The staff was attentive to our every need and personally greeted us every time we walked in the door. I felt like a VIP! The bartenders poured wonderful drinks and the atmosphere on a Saturday night was like none other. Thank you staff of the Jet...we will return soon and spread the word to all of our friends!

We booked the hotel for a World Series Game. It was TERRIBLE! The lock didn't work on the door, so our door was unlocked when we arrived and a manager had to come fix it twice.

There were STAINS on the carpet, AND on the robe--ICK...that looked like you know what!!

The room was noisy because of the road noise (thin windows).

The toilet paper holder had been ripped out of the wall, so the TP was on the floor.

We expressed concern when we checked out, and the clerk simply LOOKED at us and didn't say a WORD! They obviously don't care about customer service.
