I flew in for business on a Monday and stayed through Wednesday. I was warmly welcomed by the front desk. My room was very comfortable and I enjoyed going down to the bar for an evening cocktail. I even had one of my business partners come over and they enjoyed themselves as well. I don't know how it gets on the weekends but for a business trip during the week I would definitely stay there again.

  • Liked — The room was very comfortable and free internet; the food was good to
  • Disliked — there wasn't a movie selection

I orginally posted these 2 items to the forum and am reposting here so it comes up under the JET HOTEL. My worst hotel experience EVER.

post 1 - from inside the hotel (2am)

i am staying here right now and CAN'T SLEEP because of the loud drunk revelers that they allow to wander throughout the halls - even encourage it with lounges on the hotel floors - indoors and out. i am in room 404 - right next to a public patio. absolutely agree with other post that said this is a night club first and a hotel second. stay here only if you want some where to pass out afterpartying in the same building. otherwise definitely NOT RECOMMENDED. LUMPY bed too.

post 2 - after returning home, exhausted from my stay

What a horrible horrible experience. The partying went on until 4 a.m. Some other things I forgot to mention: the carpet was visibly dirty - with food on it. The bathroom was so dingy I didn't want to shower there. The lights over the bathroom sink - where one would want to wash their face and perhaps even look at it - was outfitted with rose tinted 30 watt lighting - so it was impossible to see yourself properly. The windows were covered with blinds that did not shield out the outdoor light. A hotel should have black out curtains - these curtains not only did not block out light, they allowed people on the shared patios to see into the room. What a mess this place is.

  • Liked — the location was okay
  • Disliked — the loud all night party that sounded like it was in my room

The jet hotel looks great ... on the internet. Upon arriving you realize that you have made a huge mistake. Boutique must stand for "we don't clean the stains in our rugs" at the Jet. That begs the question what other stains they don't clean up. The area the hotel is in is great, but the hotel failed to live up to my standards. The in room benefits are terrible, the overall hotel is noisy and the rooms are dirty and not well kept. At night the lobby turns into a club, so if you are looking to hook up this might be the place. But if you are looking to return to your hotel to refresh from your busy day, this is not the place.

  • Liked — Nothing it was terrible.
  • Disliked — Everything.

I was in town for a business meeting for 3 days, potential relocation, and stressing out. I felt at home there. The customer service was great. The front desk was helpful in suggesting a place to eat dinner. (They suggested Venice, it was GREAT!) The bar kind of caught me off guard the first day, I was worried it would be loud, but the bartender assured me that it is not loud during the week. She was very lively. I would definately stay here again. It is small, hip yet historic, is the best way i can describe it.

  • Liked — The staff; the bar
  • Disliked — No shuttle service

I stayed at this hotel for two nights with several other folks from my company. The best thing about it is its location in LoDo.

I knew that this would be an "adventure" when I was checking in and asked how to access the wireless internet service they offered, and was told to checkout all the available networks, and then to connect to the one from the Mongolian restaurant located next door. The connection was as good as one might expect from a Mongolian restaurant, and everything else lived down to my lowered expectations.

A charitable description of the room would be "funky", with ultra-hip furniture, curtains instead of closets, a coffee maker with nowhere to plug it in, and no other amenities. Coupled with Mongolian internet access, there was little to recommend the room.

The lobby breakfast included lukewarm coffee and a few muffins (no decaf, no juice, no assortment). Thank goodness there are several Starbucks and other great choices all within a few blocks of the place.

With several other hotels in the immediate area, I see nothing here to recommend it.

  • Liked — Its location in the LoDo section of downtown Denver
  • Disliked — It just didn't seem ready, willing, or ablet o accommodate guests.
