This hotel is in downtown Denver, in a very convenient location, but there are far better options.

I stayed at this hotel for one stay in Feb '04, and did not return - I moved my business to the Comfort Inn. The hotel lobby is ok, and interestingly (unique to this hotel) you need to use your room key card to get the elevator to stop at your floor. I found this reassuring, but soon realized that this hotel apparently has a problem. There was a convention going on when I was there, and many conventioneers were staying at the hotel. There was an excessive amount of traffic up and down the hall all night long, and they made too much noise - visiting one room and then another. Definetly more people than were staying on that floor.

The decor is ok, but the corridor reeked like cigarette smoke, even though I had a non-smoking room. The odor in the room was faint, if there at all. The furnishings were fine, and the hotel was relatively clean.

There was no high speed internet access (what sort of hotel draws any business customers without that???) and upon checkout, they had overcharged me. They tried to argue with me about this, and I produced the reservation which clearly showed the charge. They tried to tell me this did not matter.
