“Improper Attire”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed November 5, 2009

I stayed at this hotel a few weeks back on October. Cleanliness is good, the hotel was rennovated last year and it shows.
The food is also great, specially breakfast - not free -
What I was appalled at was the personal appearance of some team members, specially the general manager. She can not run a hotel the way she dresses or require any of her employees to wear appropiate attire.
Extremely sloppy, ill fitting clothes, I saw her stomach a few times....
Very surprising Hilton doesn't follow proper attire procedures....

My husband and I stayed here for a night. We had a corner suite with a king bed and our package included free breakfast. Our room was very nice but the cleaning staff missed a few things like there was a cigarette butt thrown on the floor in the hallway where our room was located, the coffee mugs in the bathroom were actually dirty, and there was a tube of some kind of medicine thrown behind the night table. Hotels need to remember that when people are staying away from their homes (especially in light of some of the TV shows that illustrate just how dirty hotel rooms can be) that details count! Our bed was super comfortable, there was free Internet, we had a very nice TV, and the furniture was new and stylish. It was very quiet and the staff was very friendly and seemed to care about the complaints we made about the cleanliness. I really would recommend this place, especially to business travelers.

We really liked this hotel. Rooms were clean and nice with HD TV's and free internet access. Free breakfast was included - the dining room staff were professional and efficient and the food was very good. We were promptly provided free shuttle service to our business destination and back every day.
We would definitely come back to this hotel.

From the first step inside to the last step upon leaving this hotel is the best I have ever spent
time. From marketing , to the pool, to workout , to bed this is the place. The restaurant
and bar will make your evening perfect.
Cannot be toped.

P. S. As a Hilton Diamond, I know the best, and I have found it.

Very clean rooms, the whole hotel seemed very clean. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The pool was clean and indoors but seemed really rough on bottom. Rooms were spacious. We had a problem with our air conditioner during the night of our stay but when mentioned to the staff at check out she apologized and offered us a complimentary breakfast.

The hotel is located in the Denver DTC area, next to Hyatt and Marriott. The whole area is pretty nice and quite. If you have a car, you should have no problem because the hotel has plenty of space and the traffic around is pretty smoothing. I took the supershuttle to the hotel and found you would have to call a taxi when you need one. But the hotel provides their shuttle to anywhere within 5 miles, and the light rail is only 5 minutes walk away plus some bus routes nearby, so the overall feeling of tansportation is OK.

The room is very clean. The bathroom has very good size, with tile floor and granite vanity tops. Shower is clean and has adjustable heads. Bath and hand towers are nicely stacked and folded with even flower patterns. The accessaries include Neutragena's hand soap, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, mouth wash water, shower cap and vanity kit. The bedroom is also very clean and neat, with a good sized desk. Even though I never used them, it also provides a microwave and a small refrigerator.

The hotel has a small swimming pool and a fitness room in the first floor. They also has a business room and a laundry room in the same level. Each floor they provide an icemaker and a vending machine of soda and water. One thing I liked the most is they provide free wired and wireless internet in the room and free wireless in the pub space of the hotel.

The room service was prompt and food was good. The front desk staffs were very friendly. I spent 3 nights in the hotel and each day I had to go to another hotel which was 2 miles away for the meeting. All I needed to do was to call the front desk for the shuttle and when I went down to the front gate, they already had the van ready for me. Th eonly downside I enperienced was the restaurant. The first night when I came, I waited for over 10 minutes and no one came to help me the seat. I ended going back to the room and asked for room service. The next day, it took me another 5 minutes or so to get help eventually for a lunch...

This hotel is conveniently located in the Denver Tech Center. The rooms are very nice and the hotel staff were great. They also have a full restaurant which is nice because I just wanted to get a quick bite to eat and then get back to work. They also have a business center right off the lobby to print boarding passes and a workout facility. Parking is not a problem as there is plenty of it and it is free.
