We stayed there for 5 nights and loved it. It was quiet and realxing and the aspen room was very nice. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had to leave on a Monday at 04:45, way before breakfast time, and they were going to put a continental breakfast at out door for us. we refused because we just don't eat that early but the thoughtfulness of them was highly appreciated. It's an old Victorian home so don't expect the hilton type rooms. The rooms were clean and comfortable, We would stay there again anytime we travel to Denver. Breakfast was nice and well prepared and wine, cheese and crackers were out every evening. It was nice to get to know others that were staying there at the same time and enjoy evening conversation with them. Some of them we will be keeping in touch with.

We have been to almost 40 different B&B's in the last 5 years. The Queen Anne ranks among the top 3 we have visited. The hospitality extended by the innkeepers was great; helping us with dinner suggestions, assisting us with an early arrival, and just making us comfortable. The room was tastefully decorated and not overwhelmed with pillows! ( a common flaw in B& B's).
We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast which had a variety of both hot and cold dishes. When we are again in the downtown Denver area, we will again visit the Queen Anne.

Charming on the outside, dirty and outdated on the inside. Beds are actually concave from so much overuse. If you are going to charge people large sums of money to stay in your establishment then you need to UPDATE the rooms. Sheets were tattered and stained. Room had not been dusted or adequatley cleaned in what I assume to be years. Jacuzzi tub looked like it was customized for a 400lb. individual, sterile looking but actually grimy. It should be a crime for anyone to charge the rates they do with little to no upkeep. I expressed my discontent immediately to the owners, they could have cared less & I left without staying the night. Went to stay at hotel monaco where they actually have decent standards for the rooms they offer. Owner's of queen anne refused to refund my money. A complete and total rip-off.

We stumbled upon this bed and breakfast by accident because most of the hotels in Denver were booked. We stayed in the Audobon suite. We had our own bathroom, living room, internet and king size bed. The room was clean, cool and well kept.

For breakfast, the owners prepare things such as waffles, french toast, and eggs. It felt as though we were at a family mem ber's house. Tom (one of the owners), lent us his bicycles and even stood outside with us as we waited for our tour bus to pick us up. We were very comfortable at the inn and would love to come back. Thanks Tom
