many amenities including a well equipped kitchen with matching plates! Good location with easy access to wine areas, troglodytes as well as castles. Gracious and professional hosts. Joel and June, Edmonton Canada

Room Tip: A very high quality gite in a quiet place.

We enjoyed our visit to the Loire area and stayed outside Chinon in the big house of Le Closet des Moustieres. The charming owners kindly gave us advice on where to hike and what to do in the area. We loved being outside the city in a small village setting, and it was easy to find with our gps system. With their advice, we were able to see the nearby towns and villages. The breakfast was delicious. The dining room and our bedroom were extremely clean and even elegant. We loved the owners and had a hard time saying goodbye to them, since they were so willing to share their views and ideas with us. It was a beautiful setting with great French hospitality.

My family of 4 enjoyed our time at this lovely vacation rental. We had a very large, clean, beautiful gite.....so comfortable! We loved our hosts...so helpful and kind. Loved the wine that they suppled to us after Jean Claude saw that I was drinking mini plastic wine bottles! We loved our visit there..markets were great...lots to see and do! Would come back again for sure! Thanks sooo much for letting us stay with you!!

Room Tip: We chose vacation rental and not the B&B ...

We came to the region for a wedding down the road, and were lucky enough to stay in this incredible house. Another couple from the wedding stayed in the other bedroom, and it felt like we had the whole house to ourselves. Marie-Jeanne and Jean-Claude were so friendly, and helped us make the most of our 4 day trip in the Loire Valley. The house was impeccable, tastefully decorated, and the breakfasts were so good. Perfect for a romantic holiday, and really located in a fantastic part of France. Make sure you look out of your window and up at the stars when you stay here--the view is incredible.
Surrounded by sunflower fields and located so close to so many different villages, this was one of the best B+Bs we have stayed in. Highly recommended!

This B&B has a lovely setting, very clean rooms, friendly, relaxed and personal service, a nice garden full of flowers and views to sunflower fields. The breakfast was croissants, fresh baguette with jam and strong coffee. Would certainly come back.

Stayed in the self catering gite three adults and three small children under 6. The gite is lovely, two big bedrooms for the adults, two seperate living areas, a kitchen, and two other bedrooms with the children and baby. Three bathrooms!
Private garden with outside table overlooking field of sunflowers. There are swings and toys for children and an outside heated pool. The owners are so friendly and helpful and gave us a homemade cake and bottle of wine.
We loved this place
