“Once in a lifetime”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 12, 2014

Staying at the Broadmoor is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. I was thankful to share this "fancy" experience with my family. The staff was excellent and eager to help providing great service at all times. The views are breathtaking and the grounds are immaculate.
Would visit again but because of high cost, once was good enough.
Definitely a once in a lifetime experience.

Room Tip: We stayed in the west part of the hotel. This area is older and very antiquated. The size of the roo...

Amazing place to stay. Great service. Great food. Great room. Great value.

The staff were all amazing. Many dining options, extensive in room menu. Mutli-room accommodation at it's finest. The location is truly stunning. Great views from everywhere. Shuttle service was always on time.

I would love to go back with the family.

Room Tip: Any of them. Really.

Our family go here regularly and has a great time never leaving the property. The pool, restaurants, paddle boats, golf and many more make this a great vacation spot for the family. I would recommend Summit restaurant across the street that we often forget for dinner. The new bowling alley is fun and my kids played laser tag across from the pool.

I will be fairly short with this review. We stayed at the Broadmoor for 5 nights in late June. The weather was perfect. Our room was a very newly renovated room in Broadmoor West. We had Mountain views but I would warn you to ask for a room no lower that the 4th floor. We sat right over the entrance on the 2nd floor and there was zero privacy on the balcony.

Regardless, this hotel is impeccable. The staff is one of the most friendly in America. The accommodations are amazing. The room was incredibly spacious. The bathroom was beautiful. With a large walk in shower and a window above the tub that looked into the sleeping area, this room did not disappoint! They appointed the bathroom with TV's in the bathroom mirror. This hotel felt really clean.

It sits right at the base of the Cheyenne Mountains and as an avid Mountain Biker, I was able to enjoy riding The Chutes, Buckhorn, and back down Captain Jacks trails.

The Pool is beautiful with a beach like entrance and infiniti edge overlooking the man made lake in the center of the complex. The food is ultra expensive as are the "social cocktails", but typical resort pricing.

There is plenty to do here with numerous restaurants, a movie theater, and a bowling alley to name a few. You legitimately could stay on campus and not run out of things to do. My daughter and wife really enjoyed the very short trip up to the zoo and said it was one of the best they had been to in a while. I was biking...so I missed it.

The gym was really nice as were the tennis courts. If you play tennis, like I do, you will really enjoy the facilities. It felt like a country club.

if you are wondering about whether to stay here, wonder no more. You will be amazed.

I probably would not choose this place as a destination trip on my own (we love the ocean), but we were there for a business incentive trip. If ever in that part of America again, I would not hesitate to stay there. It is truly one of the nicest resorts in the US! Enjoy!

Room Tip: If you are on the parking lot side of any of the towers, stay above the 4th floor!!!

Wonderful hotel and where to begin is hard but here goes...
The movie theatre is a fun treat and very intimate.
Our housekeeping staff was wonderful and very friendly each day.
So much to do in Colorado Springs this is a great place to stay and then venture out.
Enjoyed just walking around the property and taking in the beauty of its surroundings.
Had a great experience in the gift shop. Picked a tie for my brother-in-law and then
found out if you picked a golf ball you received a discount. I picked the one that gave a 50% discount so that was fun!

Room Tip: Ask for a view of Pike's Peak

Have stayed here many times mostly for business but always extend. The rooms are beautiful but try a cottage if you can. Very unique, ours was on the golf course with a stream in front, and plan to stay on property. Lot of options for dining, drinking, activities and relaxing. Golf is great as is the spa.

The drive from Denver isn't bad if you cannot get a direct into COS which can be challenging. A wonderful place to stay and play.

We are avid tennis players, so we chose this hotel for its summertime tennis program. Eventhough it rained everyday , the friendly staff did all they could to make it a wonderful experience . Great restaurants, good gym, great staff.
