You will enjoy the newly remodeled rooms just completed at this Crowne Plaza. The rooms have been completely updated in a modern elegant fashion. New comfortable pillow top beds, feather pillows and soft cotton sheets and blankets allowed us to get much needed rest. We had a very quiet stay in a room with a balcony overlooking the mountains. My only complaint is that the WiFi costs over $10.00 to use per day. It should be free!
We were impressed that the night manager called us on our second day of stay to ask us how we liked the room and if there was anything that we needed. The employees were all nice and professional.
The hotel is in a very good secure location, just off I - 25 close to downtown and near other tourist attractions. The hotel has a dining room which we did not use, rather opting for breakfast at a nearby Denny's.
Overall this is a great place to stay and booking with Hotwire made it very economical.

Stayed five nights at Crowne Plaza for training nearby. Service was not what I expected. I got in late the first night and called the front desk to inform them that the toliet was running through when flushed and that the light in shower was out. It was not fixed the entire stay. Also they were spray paintingt the outside of hotel during stay which made using the outside pool not very enjoyable. House keeping also was not the best after 3days in row of not leaving new shampoo ect. I had to find a maid and ask for some. Not bad, but I would stay somewhere different next time.

I have just returned from a business trip to Colorado Springs. I stayed at the Crowne Plaza because of location and price.
The room was extremely well appointed, clean and quite.
The Crowne bedding is extrodianary and the sleep amenities make for a restfull evening.
The staff was, in true Colorado fashion, very accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend the Crowne in Colorado Springs for any traveler.

The Crowne Plaza is a great place for a large convention. I just attended a church retreat at the Hotel and there were at least 1,000 of us, mostly middle school kids, and the staff was wonderful, the hotel was very accommodating and friendly. Our room was very charming and clean and the overall experience was wonderful. I'm sure having that many people from one group staying in the hotel is a challenge and keeping up with our needs was sometimes tiresome but the staff always was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Crowne Plaza! Great place!
