We stayed in this hotel for three nights recently and could not have been happier with the experience. The room featured two comfortable double beds, a desk area, a small sink with coffee maker and in room fridge, and an ample bath with fluffy towels (one of the things I am picky about when I travel). We were in an interior room overlooking the courtyard.

The service in this hotel was superb. We had a problem with the cable connection and the desk sent someone to see about it within minutes. We requested extra coffee for our coffee maker. The maid remembered our request and left an extra coffee the next morning without our requesting it. We checked back in several nights later after journeying to another part of the state. We were given a room on the outside, overlooking a parking lot....We asked for a change and the staff was happy to oblige....Staff provided great recommendations for obtaining tickets to the Cog Railroad and for local restaurants.

Clean, recently refurbished, great service. I have no idea why some people report this is a one star property....I could not have asked for more.......

Please don't be fooled by their glossy website like we were. This Radisson was low quality like a Super 8 yet with high prices.
The walls are THIN and we could hear everything in the next room. Also, we were on the back side of the property & heard jet engines in the night.
Next time we'll stay at Marriott's Springhill Suites which is a block away -- better prices & quality.

This hotel is the best I've ever stayed at. The walls in the hallway are lined with pictures of bands, astronauts, basketball players, race car drivers and so forth that have stayed there. They have a great pool, separate hot tub outside the pool area so you don't get all the noise from kids playing, great breakfast buffet with an awesome view of the mountains. They have sleep number beds which are very comfortable. The staff is wonderful. I also was able to use my government employee discount card. Next door is Solo's Restaurant which you can either eat in the restaurant itself or eat in the Boeing KC-97 plane connected to it. It is a casual atmospere and we didn't have to have a reservation even for eating in the airplane. Wonderful food. The children can walk around and see the cockpit and everything. I will definitely stay here everytime I travel to Colorado Springs. Two Thumbs Up!!!!!

stayed one night at the Raidisson May 7th. Little busy at 4:15 for check in, but they handled it professionally with courtesy. The hotel was clean & nicely decorated on the first floor with lots of sports pictures in the hallways. Pretty cool. The room was large and had everything we needed. We went for a larger room . Costs a little more, but it was worth it. The pool was large and nice. My daughter had a blast. The complementary drinks and breakfast were very appreciated. Overall great property. Glad I followed the advice of the trip advisor members & reviews. Would definately stay here again.
