Staff was always pleasant. Sleep number beds were the best. Room was clean everyday, always had clean towels and coffee. Never heard any planes our entire trip of 5 days. Pool was nice as well as exercise room. Very kid friendly.

My comments for this property will be limited because we just used the hotel to sleep for a few hours before a pre-dawn flight, but it was my first experience in many years where the front desk employee failed to successfully arrange a wake-up call, and especially one that was requested after 11pm at night when there was no other activity in the lobby. I believe this speaks to the quality of the staff here, and that none of my interactions with the various desk people during my stay were particularly helpful or friendly. Also of note is that this property is fairly remotely located (around five minutes from the airport terminal) in an office park-type setting, but there were always security guards wandering around the premises. I don't know if past events have warranted this level of patrol activity, but I was surprised by it as I don't typically stay at hotels that require visible security patrols, especially in such a seemingly quiet neighborhood. There is a bar and restaurant that adjoins the parking lot, so perhaps disturbances sometimes emanate from there. Either way, I didn't feel this hotel fit with the brand image I thought Radisson was trying to project. It seemed down-scale and had something of a Super 8 feel to it. The $40/night price paid through an internet bidding website was appropriate though. If the price had been any higher, I would not have felt the same way.

We just got back from Colorado Springs today. We chose this hotel because it had really good reviews and the website showed a very nice pool. The pool is not as large as it looks, but it was warm which counts for something. The first night we were there they were overbooked so they put us up in the Marriot accross the street . The Marriot TownePlace suites were VERY nice compared to the Raddison. We spent the next three days at the Raddison wishing they would send us back to the Marriot. The Marriot was new in 2006 (I believe) so it was still very nice, unlike the Raddison which is much older. We would have checked out of the Raddison to go back to the Marriot but we purchased a backage deal and we weren't able to get our money back. I am not sure how much the Marriot was but it is worth the extra couple bucks to stay at a 5 star opposed to the 3 star I give the Raddison.

We stayed in this hotel for three nights recently and could not have been happier with the experience. The room featured two comfortable double beds, a desk area, a small sink with coffee maker and in room fridge, and an ample bath with fluffy towels (one of the things I am picky about when I travel). We were in an interior room overlooking the courtyard.

The service in this hotel was superb. We had a problem with the cable connection and the desk sent someone to see about it within minutes. We requested extra coffee for our coffee maker. The maid remembered our request and left an extra coffee the next morning without our requesting it. We checked back in several nights later after journeying to another part of the state. We were given a room on the outside, overlooking a parking lot....We asked for a change and the staff was happy to oblige....Staff provided great recommendations for obtaining tickets to the Cog Railroad and for local restaurants.

Clean, recently refurbished, great service. I have no idea why some people report this is a one star property....I could not have asked for more.......
