This hotel is very close to hwy 25 and Academy Blvd, very conveniently located and not too far from the Air Force Academy as well. Check in was great, room was very nice and comfortable, love those beds, slept like a rock. Everyone was very pleasant at the hotel, will definitely recommend to others.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel with our 12 year old daughter while visiting our son at theAir Force Academy. The hotel is very convenient to the Academy, but there's not much else of interest, other than some shopping centers, in the immediate area. It is located about 12 minutes from downtown Colorado Springs. I-25 can get a bit crowded at rush hour. The hotel itself is clean, the beds were very comfy and overall we had a nice stay. The breakfast was average -- I've had better -- but I've also had worse. There are a couple of restaurants situated in the same parking lot as the hotel. Overall, a good experience.

I have always had good experiences with the Hampton Inns this one was not different, very nice hotel, friendly and ever so helpful staff. Why I choose to try different hotel than just sticking to this chain is beyond me. Think I have learned my lesson this vacation. Hampton Inn's from now one. Only thing I didn't like was the lighting in the bathroom was dark trying to take a shower.

We knew we were in trouble when the toilet wouldn't flush. The handle was broken, something the housekeeping staff should have realized. Someone did come to fix it but it was an irritant nonetheless. The desk staff was poorly trained - sloppy attire, poor attitude. The place appeared to be run by kids who stood in the office and didn't pay much attention to the fact that people were waiting. Breakfast attendant was unfriendly. Supposedly hot water wasn't hot enough to dissolve hot chocolate. Wish we had stayed somewhere else.
