We dined here with friends who consider this a regular in their dining repertoire. It is classic Chinese-American cuisine with specialties in General Tsao's Chicken, Sweet and Sour Shrimp, Beef & Broccoli, Happy Family and classic appetizers like won ton and egg drop soup, crab rangoon and egg rolls. As we live in a city with the best Chinatown in the country, we aren't fond of this type of Chinese food and it's not a slam on this restaurant, it's just not our preference for Chinese food. It tastes too 'sauce-y' whether its sweet, sour, salty, or garlicky which covers up the natural flavor of the food and leaves you full once you leave the table (but hungry an hour later). The restaurant is nice but it's not what we'd normally go for when opting for an authentic Chinese experience.
