Overseas 101 is tucked away in a strip mall, but don't let this deter you from giving it a try. I visited this past week for dinner and was pleasantly surprised.
We had the sweet/sour soup, wonton soup, sesame chicken, and double pan fried noodles. Our choices were recommended by the owner/server, and she made some good suggestions. The salty noodles were a good match for the flaky, sweet sesame chicken. Everything we had was excellent. I wouldn't say that it's traditional Chinese food, but it's not the Americanized version (think: P. F. Chang's), either.
The most noticeable feature of everything that we tried is that it was seasoned more than traditional Chinese food. Personally, I like my food slightly salty, so I found it all very agreeable. Purists may disagree.
I would not hesitate to return on my next trip to the Springs.
