Need I say more. Modern and the food is exceptional. We ate at the bar both times..... very comfortable.

“One of the Best in Colorado Springs”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 3, 2013

We have been going to the Summit for a little over 3 years now, and we have always had a great experience. This is a great venue with nice ambiance. It is a little more upscale then some places, but not so posh that you feel uncomfortable in an open collar shirt. The cocktails are very good and not over-priced and the wine selection is excellent and well presented. I love their skirt steak, when available, but in all the times that we have gone there, I have never had anything that was not excellent - both in preparation and presentation. A good solid restaurant in all regards. A great place to sit down with a group of friends or to have a romantic dinner with someone special.

“The best in town”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 26, 2013

Sat at the bar and had the best appitizers and wine. The bartender was fantastic at his wine, and found us a great un-oaked Chardonnay.

This dinner we had at the Summit was one of our best when in the Colorado Springs area. The atmosphere is nice, the staff is knowledgeable and attentive. We had very good food and wine. It was such a nice evening.

“Lovely food, excellent service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 25, 2013

We selected this casual restaurant as there were five of us including a 9 month old baby. We requested a corner table for squirm room and they honored our request.

There wasn't a course that wasn't delicious and most included a signature unique twist that made the dish special. We particularly appreciated our very gracious and helpful waitress who made sure the baby had everything she needed which meant the adults could enjoy their meal.
