For a chain, Carrabbas has consistently good food ~ tho we hadn't been to one in a while & noticed a definite reduction in portion sizes... & the house salad was pretty sad. Also, the tira misu was not up to par for a "real" Italian restaurant. Prices have skyrocketed too. Service was good, but we went not long after opening & had to insist on a nice table in the restaurant rather than the bar where they seemed determined to seat us. We understand about low staffing for early hours, but there's no excuse for making us feel badly about wanting the full, relaxing (non-television!) dining experience when we arrive to beat the crowds.
