“DEFINITELY DON'T MISS THIS PLACE!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 23, 2014

This is one brewery you won't want to miss! Excellent atmosphere, incredible beer selection, and a quality (American) menu...wish we weren't from out-of-town, but we will definitely be back. Notable is their shoup stout, the smoked hefe, and especially the arithmatic (?) double IPA. So hoppy, and so so good!!! The steaks we ordered were prepared perfectly; and the prime rib was to die for. Loved the crispy brussel sprouts side-dish too! Service was wonderful and attentive for our party of four. All in all, a great dining - and drinking - experience!!!

“We LOVE this place!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 18, 2014

Don't be deceived by the location.
We have been coming here for the last 3 years EVERY time we are in town from Aurora. On the first few visits we got to know the Saturday night server, Chris, and we met the owner Duane. Now, every time we go in there, they remember us. We are talking about maybe once a month. Duane now also sponsors one of my uncles race cars. It's a great atmosphere in there. Now, lets talk about the beer. Duane and Nick aren't making beers to win contests, they are making beers to blow your mind, (although they've won some contests along the way). On one of the first visits, we saw a sample of a beer that tasted like a Yoohoo, on purpose. Then, we got to taste the PB&J. YUM! These beers are like no other beers you have ever tasted. In fact, the interesting ones don't tast like beer at all. And that can get you in trouble. :) Through the years we there have been Key Lime Pie, Green Chili, Smoked Hefe, Lemongrass, Apple Pie, Eat a Peach, and the most wonderful of all, Da'Yoopers! Did I mention they make their own sodas as well? They do and one time there was the not so great bacon soda. It was just odd. And let's talk about the cyders these guys make. They are AWESOME. Pineapple, Blueberry, Strawberry, Peach, and so many more. Oh, and they have your regular assortment of beers: blonde, a redhead, a burnette, and a nice stout and sometimes a porter. And, if you happen to be hungry, there is a good BBQ truck that lives outside. We don't get to eat there often as we tend to visit after it closses at 7pm. But they have some tasty smoked nuts. So, if you are ever in the neighborhood, stop by and give them a try. You wont regret it.
