My family of approximately 50 persons visited Colorado Springs in August for a family reunion. Some of the guys were looking for an alternative to shopping and river rafting. I saw the National Museum of WWII Aviation as a good choice on Travel Advisor. I recommended the museum and eleven fellows, ages 10-75, arrived for a scheduled Saturday guided tour of the Museum. We were greeted warmly by the reception team and enjoyed a wonderful tour with a well versed tour guide. Rarely do you find an attraction that appeals to such a broad spectrum of ages and interests but this one is an exception. Not a person lost interest and everyone had such great things to say about the time we spent together at the aviation museum taking a historical tour, looking at the actual shop were reconstruction of old relics is taking place, and seeing the work in progress.
I was on pins & needles since I had recommended the attraction. No worries - It was enjoyed by everyone, young and old!!
