“Had a wonderful visit.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 15, 2013

We have been dining here since the late 1980's, never a bad experience. We no longer live in the CS area anymore but promised ourselves when we got back and time permitted this was tops on our list of things to do. Pulling up in the driveway was like seeing an old friend. We had a wonderful server, the deco with its cosy nook seats hasn't changed. We had the 5 course dinner, each course tastier than the last and reasonably priced. The only small complaint was listening to the sound of the band downstairs drowning out the nice classical soundtrack playing upstairs. We will be back.

“Attended a wedding here 6/5/13...very nice!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 6, 2013

Tucked away just north of Woodmen and West of I-25, we never knew this was there until yesterday. Backing up to wooded area (of what I'd assume is the Air Force Academy property) and with views of the front range and Pikes Peak, this was a great location for an outdoor wedding ceremony.

The reception took place inside which as opposed to a large hotel ballroom space, was a Mexican style (best word I could come up with, maybe adobe-style is better?) with narrow passages, separated tables and a very nice outdoor area but it was too chilly to really use it after the ceremony.

The food served was buffet style and included at least a few options for us vegan/vegetarian types. Note however, the food selections were made by the hosts which is no real dig at either the host-couple nor the restaurant. The restaurant's menu includes a number of suitable appetizers and main courses for vegans and vegetarians.

All in all, this was a great venue for a wedding and reception and we look forward to perhaps enjoying a meal there over the summer!

Highly recommended!!!!

“Different and the food was great”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 26, 2013

It's doesn't have that fancy look or feel, but the food was amazing! If you are tied of eating the same old food and the same old look try this place. simple menu with chose or three course or five course with a set price. You will not be disappointed. If you are a snob or food critic then you may have different opinions, but the above average traveler will like this place.

“Always first rate”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 11, 2013

We've been going to the Margarita at Pine Creek for many years. The food and service are always great. The personal attention you get from the owner, Patti Davidson, is always welcoming. It's a unique and special place to go on the north side of Colorado Springs.
