“great spot for lunch”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 11, 2012

I took my mother there for lunch last week and we had a wonderful meal. The portions are huge (I had the chicken salad) and prices reasonable. The atmosphere is great- the restaurant has lots of nooks and crannies, so each table is a bit isolated, which is great for conversation. The staff is attentive and professional. I will definitely return.

I have not been for dinner, but would like to, though it does appear the prices are on the higher end. Once again, I was very impressed!

“Always Fantastic”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 4, 2012

Margarita At Pine Creek tops my list as one of my favorite places to be in Colorado Springs. The food is fantastic, and the menu changes daily, so you can go again and again - something I highly recommend - and always try something new. The menu is prix fixe with a choice of 3 or 5 courses and a choice of three entrees. They always offer a vegetarian option which is always so good that if you are not vegetarian you would become one to eat food this delicious every night. Great wine list with lots of Colorado wines showcased on the menu as well. The interior is warm and slightly quirky with not a hint of stuffiness or formality. The staff is like knowledgeable and friendly. The patio is wonderful: it meanders about, and has lovely views of Pikes Peak and beautiful sunsets. Magarita At Pine Creek satisfies me body and soul.

“The Margarita at Pine Creek”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 24, 2012

From the moment you enter their front garden where you are greeted by Gus, the resident and friendly German Shepherd you know you are out of the city and into a wonderful world. And inside, its owner Patti Burleson, is equally as warm and welcoming as you are escorted into either the dining room area which will remind you of the best of Southwest architecture and decor or, if the weather allows, into the back garden where you are surrounded by both flowers and the natural Ponderosa pines beyond the adobe wall. Sunday brunch is a favorite with almost a dozen wide choices of individually prepared entrees and always preceded (while the entrees are coming) with warm crunchy-topped coffee cake and fruit. Luncheons at The Margarita are also special with soups, salads and warm bread with a signature pimiento cheese(this to tempt you and ease any wait time). Patti's dinners are date-night perfect or just "because" . Only a visit by you can tell you how The Margarita at Pine Creek will draw you back again and again which it has done for decades.

“Hidden Date Night”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 22, 2012 via mobile

Excellent food. Great date night without the kids. Can be pricey, expect over $100 tip included for two. Alot of people go for the movies outside. Reservations for inside.

5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 3, 2012

Imagine a three or five course meal where the menu constantly changes. Imagine dining outside in splendid condititions. Then, imagine a full bar and a great wine list. Mararita at Pine Creek was honestly a fabulous experience. The wair staff is mature, knowledgable and friendly. In the Springs? Take the time to thoroughly enjoy everything about this restaurant.
