Well, this is the second time I have been to this restaurant in 2 years. I will make it a point to eat here every time I am back. I eat a lot of chinese buffets with my friends and family. I mean, a lot. And this is literally the best one I have ever eaten at, period. The service is very friendly. The shrimp is simply the best I have had, ever: coconut shrimp and the crab dish with shrimp in it. They also have a raw bar: seaweed and kimchi along with other delicious things, but these are only in the best of chinese restaurants I have eaten. My favorite part was the sushi bar, with what would be $20 rolls at other places, included in the buffet price. I ate at least 2 rolls of sushi on my own. Plus I had lovely food off the hot buffet too. What is even more amazing is that they have raw oysters to eat (squeeze lemon on and add a sprinkle of salt) plus they have the grill where you can do your own plate. All of these sections of the place were open late. We arrived around 8:15pm and the food was full in all of the dishes. There was no "we're closing soon so get out" vibe either with the service or the food quality. They also had (just like they did last year) a really great icecream selection. There is a bar and you have to ask them to get you a dip, but my family went back 3 times and they are very generous with the icecream. Plus, they have this amazing green tea icecream that I STILL love. It is so refreshing and you can just tell that all of the 14 icecream flavors are top quality. I still wonder where they buy those big tubs. It has got to be expensive because it is just so good. Bottom line, this place is worth the $13 for the dinner buffet, and the atmosphere is just so nice. The seats are the nicest booths I have sat in, and they are sort of secluded so that even when the huge place is packed, you have space to chat and feel like you have plenty of personal space. I just wish I lived closer than 5 hours to Colorado Springs, because I would eat here every week if I could. It is simply the best buffet I have eaten in my life, and my family and I highly recommend it. My brother was bummed he missed out on the trip, and one reason was he missed eating at this place. Thanks for another beautiful dining experience.
